Still not received the parcel that was meant for my daughters birthday - DPD website awful and still waiting to see when it will be delivered

On opening package the box the shoes are in is completely broken down so I am disappointed in that as this is a birthday present for my daughter! The shoes fortunately are ok not the best experience as a new customer

My trainers were delivered to the wrong address I still haven’t received a replacement and have been asked to send a picture of my front door open which I have done and is completely different to the picture that the delivery driver took of a male taking my parcel .i am a female and live alone

Service from your delivery company DPD absolutely awful! Missing delivery and then finally turned up 2 days late. When I finally received my 2 pairs of shoes one of the boxes was destroyed and one of the trainers had a crease down the front.

Order still not delivered

Paid £80 for some new trainers. Arrived in a crushed box, tissue paper wasn’t around the shoes. Both shoes had hair inside so obviously a return. Contacted customer services who asked me to return them (at a cost to me). When I questioned this and why they wouldn’t offer a free return or an automatic exchange they said they would only refund return costs if the item was faulty. Very poor service. Don’t care about hygiene or customer loyalty. Won’t be rushing to purchase from Office again.

I ordered some trainers and they arrived within a matter of days. They are lovely and met my expectations. Would recommend ordering from Office.

Fast delivery and accurate stock information

I bought a pair of Salomon XT-6 GTX in green milieu ice flow from Office and they started to come apart after only 5 wears. I was told they had to be inspected by a member of staff before I could receive a refund. The shoes were unavailable at the time so I accepted a gift card. The shoes have been out of stock in my size for a long time now but they became available in size 5 on Sunday 4th October. I placed my order and received an order confirmation saying that my order would be delivered within 5-7 working days. I didn’t receive any further information until Saturday 10th October to say that my order had been cancelled. I’m very disappointed with this service and definitely won’t be shopping at Office again any time soon.

Great really fast delivery

Arrived well before the actual delivery date. So chuffed with a pair of trainers that will literally make me shine .Happy lady.

It’s been four days still there is no progress in my order

I disliked my paperwork that came with my item!
I had to return the item but the paperwork had no writing on it as the printer must of ran out of ink!
So I didnt know how to return!

I love my timberland boots. The delivery was quick. I ordered on the app which was easy to use. Would order from Office again.
