Rally awful service I have not received my order for two weeks, the chat function is not working most of the time, the customer service email has responded once to say I would get an email later - nothing has been received. The customer service phone number does not work. I have had to resort to going to my bank for my money back.

Great, always cool trainers in stock.

No issues with the ordering. Just not happy to pay for delivery and returns. Plus, one of the boxes was so squash that it was ripped in so many places. More care when packing expensive shoes.

I had a great experience. My sandals were delivered fast and I didn’t have any issues. Completely satisfied!☺️

The trainers were too big unfortunately but office dealt with the returns quicky and without fuss. Excellent.

Order W77540632. Absolutely outrageously bad customer service. Ordered some NB trainers £100 for wife’s birthday on 21/6. Paid extra for delivery. Delivery arrived but no trainers inside. Instead another customers Mounjaro injection (prescription medication) in a box with their name and address - breaching all kind of data protection laws. Contacted Office - over 4 weeks later still waiting for any kind of refund. Told via email would receive a declaration form to sign to say goods not received from another part of this service but this could take ten working days. Eventually got this 18/7 after repeatedly chasing this. Still waiting for further contact and refund 10 days later - no further contact. I will be taking this further- given the data protection laws breach to the ombudsman first, local press etc and beyond. Never had such poor customer service in my 40 + years on planet earth. Essentially a scam company at this point. May need to contact my bank and report this as a fraudulent transaction to get the money back. Avoid at all costs. I would have been better trying to set up my own warehouse and manufacture some shoes from scratch .

Love the sandals ,it’s just the courier that makes it so hard because I wasn’t there and had to arrange for someone to be there to collect it,they wouldn’t leave me my parcel in a safe place l have parcels all the time from Next and they are left in a safe place so much easier .
