Straightforward website and we knew exactly what we were looking for anyway, so easy. Only knocked a star off as they didn’t advertise the fact that Saturday departures were available for 2027

Although I had an initial problem with payment going through (money left my account but didn’t reach Neilsons!), the team kindly held my booking for me for a couple of days until issue was resolved

Booked via phone, knew what I wanted & booking was straight forward

Have skied with Neilson for about 6 years great value in Andorra always very professional from booking to the end of holiday.

.don't expect customers to 'book a specific room from a list months later and charge more
. Be upfront about ' early bird deals" what exactly is it.... what exact rooms???? What discount???
. Don't make booking a miserable experience, with more actions required months later.....
.give a real discount for an early booking
.don't charge so much for a deposit.
.don't have robotic staff

So helpful on the phone when making changes to booking - explored many options until 100% perfect.

Clear website - easy to find what we needed.
Dropped a star because on check out we received an error message and it wasn’t clear the booking went through (though the money was taken from the credit card). To be fair the website told us what to do and who to call - and the helpline assistant was great and answered our questions promptly.

Fabulous holiday, great for all members of our multi generational family. Would book again in a heartbeat. So much to do, food great and all the staff were so attentive and made our holiday super special. The kids club team were so good with our granddaughter- she didn’t want to come home.

Website is easy to see what is available and at what price. Locations are all good.

I can not set up my account so i can not enter passport details and check details/ after phoning still not able to do so. Email to verify my accounts has never arrived

Website is very easy to navigate, was recommended to Nelson’s from good friends and looking forward to seeing how good they are.

Only criticism couldn’t get enough details about flights as would have liked to book 2 seats together and possibly upgrade as our flight is 11-12 hours

The resort was brilliant - clean and spacious accomodation, and so many facilities to try all sorts of different activities. The food quality and variety at the hotel was exceptional. So good, we have already booked to go back next year!!
