We booked our holiday through Emma O’Reilly at Destinology. Our original holiday to Mauritius had to be cancelled due to issues in UAE. When we were ready to rebook Emma was brilliant. I am very picky and have a lot of questions. Nothing was ever too much for Emma. She was patient and gave excellent advice. She’s also great at understanding your needs. We are travelling with 3 kids and her proposals always include consideration of flights times and hotel locations. We have booked all our family holidays with destinology and have no complaints.

I have previously booked a cruise with Destinology and had a great experience through the whole process. I was looking at cruises for July 26 and came across a really good deal on Seven Seas Splendour. I contacted Destinology and spoke to the TA Maura, she was extremely knowledgeable about the product and listened to my requirements. Within a couple of hours we were booked on the cruise with transfers, pre and post cruise hotels and flights arranged. Maura made the booking experience effortless and filled me with the confidence that should I have any further queries she was only a phone call away to support my requirements. 5 star service!!

We have just returned from our Easter trip to Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Sri Lanka was a new destination for us and Juliet at Destinology couldn't have been more helpful to take her time to explain the various options to us. She made some great suggestions that were tailored to our family that made the whole trip so memorable. The itinerary she composed for us struck the perfect balance in terms of culture, breaks and sporting activities to keep the teenager entertained.
Once on the trip we were incredibly well looked after on the ground throughout the entire journey. An absolutely seamless experience and we will definitely use Destinology again to book our next trip!

Exceptional service - Jo Robinson was fantastic - she went the extra mile to secure our preferred room type at the hotel, and was so patient when I was deciding between various options. I can't recommend her or Destinology enough!

Very poor service during return trip via Doha ..flight cancelled by airline over 6 weeks ago and still no refund "allegedly'?

Have used destinology many times over nearly 20 years. Very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and obviously very well trained staff. Quick response time. A basic but somewhat complicated brief turned into a very well tailored holiday that ticked all the boxes despite short notice. My only complaint is that they don't accept AMEX (somewhat understandable but still inconvenient).

Brilliant customer service with excellent advice. So easy to sort out a holiday that suits your requirements. With a great range of holidays whether a hotel stay or a cruise there is so much choose from .
We would strongly recommend Destinology as a travel company to go to .
