Louis is very good at taking you through the minefield that Health Insurance. He seeks an tailors the best package for you and is very patient in the process. And there is flexibility at the end of each year to review and change the package. Would highly recommend

I have just had my Annual Review conducted by Louis who set my initial policy up. His service is exceptional and he contacted me just as my renewal arrived. Both Louis and Patrick were courteous and efficient. We had a couple of scenarios and needed alternative quotes for health insurance. We had to have a number of calls at our convenience to finally conclude what would best suit our needs. They explained everything and follow up was great! When we couldn't get the documents, they attended to it within a day and resolved the issue.
