I ordered a Rick and Morty swag box the first one that arrived was brilliant,
But with my second order I was supposed to receive an exclusive metal print unfortunately it was missing for my order.
I contacted the company several times through social media, eventually I was told I'll be sent to replacement in the post but it never arrived. Very disappointed

Bought an item that was showing in stock on their website. My order was then put on status awaiting stock. Followed up with customer service and was told to wait 7 days for delivery. Waited over a week and followed up with customer service. And their email inbox is full and won't accept my email. Scam website.

Ordered on the 12th Decemeber (28th today) still no sign of the item, or explanation of what the progress of it is.
By the other comments on Trustpilot this was to be expected.
Resigned to the fact my money has gone now and the item will never be delivered.
You live and learn - put his one down to experience

They can not be contacted, they do not respond to emails, social medias, their live chat is a facade

Absolute scammers !! Do not order from this company as packages do not even get dispatched. But the payment will still be taken even though it’s stated on the official sites terms and conditions that payment shouldn’t be taken until 24-48 hours after dispatch. So when I got no email that the item I had ordered and payed for hadn’t even been dispatched I tried to track it but coincidentally the tracking service wasn’t working and unable. I then tried to find a customer service number but that also isn’t on the website. Then I tried to email the customer service team. Which was two weeks ago probably longer and I still haven’t received an update or a reply from them the order was placed the 14/8/2023. But their are no other options as I cannot return, cancel or get a refund because the order hasn’t even been dispatched. Whatever you do avoid this place at all cost complete con artists !!!

Communication was excellent from all staff who responded quickly and politely with each message I sent. I would purchase from this company again, notably the UK one as that is who I dealt with.

Following a conversation with Liam at the company my previous issue has now been resolved in a very satisfactory manner.
I would still suggest that they need to look at how customers are able to communicate with them and the information that they provide. It was only until I put a review on here that someone contacted me to resolve the issue that had occurred.

I ordered t shirts whilst visiting UK. Despite estimated delivery time being well within my stay period and being despatched they didn’t arrive until after I left. So they are still in the UK until as such time someone visits Australia and brings them with them or I pay for them to posted to Australia. Had I known they wouldn’t be there in the time frame with a bit of extra lee way I would of had them sent to Australia

What a mistake dealing with this company was. I ordered a jumper before Christmas to give as a gift and they missed the delivery deadline, meaning I was gone already when the parcel arrived. After the holiday I had to return the jumper I no longer needed and their automated returns system made me use Evri. Posted the thing back on the 3rd of January, it's the 16th today and the parcel is still showing as 'on it's way back, contact the vendor'. When I contact their customer service, they say they can't refund me, as the parcel has not reached their warehouse. Where is it then?...
AVOID AT ALL COST.

I placed an order but was then told the item was now unavailable. I was refunded but seeing as it’s so close to Christmas, this wasn’t the best outcome.
