Great product but challenge!…
Great product but was a challenge to put together. Some parts did not match up. The holes didn't match which made it difficult to put the screws in. It took much longer to put together than expected. Now that it is finished we love that we were able to put all of our outdoor cushions inside.

High quality umbrellas.
High quality umbrellas. We have had them for a few weeks now, and they provide a perfect amount of shade for our patio sitting and dining areas. They are high quality and easy to operate. We added six bags of play sand each (can’t do water due to our climate) and they are very stable.

This is my 2nd 10x20 pergola
This is my 2nd 10x20 pergola. Love them. Takes a few hours and a few people to put together “Safely”. One covers my hot tub the new one will protect my cooking area and a new sitting area. Have the sliding doors on my hot-tub area and a wall shade on the new one. Also got the 281 gal storage bin. At least I’ll have a place to stay when the wife kicks me out!! LOL

The communication with customer service was excellent. Diane continued to help me with wrong items shipped and kept me updated on shipping of items ordered. The quality of all of the material from pergola to accessories to the furniture is above expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone.

So far the grill pergola is identical to the larger one we own. Good quality and looks great. Only issue was delivery process was prolonged and frustrating.

Customer service execution nonexistent
I received my product April 21 and the shipment was wrong. It took me until June 14 to receive what I ordered. I made weekly phone calls and the Support team knew me by name. The Manager of support Kelsey couldn’t execute either and passed me off They were all very polite just had an execution problem. The operations needs improvement. I enjoy the product now that I have it. Hopefully you have no issues on execution and can enjoy what you ordered.

The slider door tracks did not fit my pergola. I had to use a hack saw to the upper and lower tracks to fit.

I purchased a very Large 281gal deck…
I purchased a very Large 281gal deck box it was packaged nicely for shipping parts where screwed together so they didn’t move in transit nothing was damaged Some Tools and bit for screws where provided was delivered on time driver called before arrival and assembly went well and its a very sturdy box with nice soft close lid This purchase was a good experience. I would definitely purchase from them again

Great product, poor tracking..
Great product, installation and assembly was easy. Great addition to our west facing deck. Side roll down screen is nice and tight without any wrinkles and does a nice job of providing shade..
Only criticism is shipment tracking needs improvement. I had no idea of delivery date until the truck driver called the morning of delivery..
