My order was lost and there’s no retrieval in sight
I don’t have my products. I ordered them and spent several thousand dollars for the delivery service to lose the pergola I ordered. I’ve emailed them and called them and they don’t really seem to have a plan for recovering it. I’d love to say how I like the product, but I don’t have it and there doesn’t seem to be any plan for getting it to me.
8/24/26 Update - you can see Mirador’s reply that the pergola is ready. Was supposed to be delivered today but they arrived WITHOUT THE PERGOLA and still cannot locate it and tried to deliver the screens only. Would love to get the product I ordered. Especially since the screens are useless without the pergola. This has taken so much more time and trouble than something that I imagine is a routine task should take.

Shipping was quick. Easy to assemble does require 2+ people. We purchased the 111 aluminum w/one screen. It works really well,nice to have the shade (note)we installed ours close to a railing so for the screen the instructions show going outward to install the side rails.. we had to go inward to get the rails on.

Very happy with the quality of the product. We purchased the 10x13 pergola. It was packaged very well to reduce any potential damage during shipping. Assembly was actually quite easy and the instructions were helpful. I purchased the side screens as well. Very happy with the pergola and am already enjoying it. The louvered roof is very nice allowing you to still enjoy being outside without having the sun in your eyes.

I ordered a large outdoor metal storage box from this company in early June, 2026. They scheduled a delivery on July 6, and never showed up. I called and complained. They rescheduled the delivery for July 13 and again did not show up. I called and complained and they told me they were not satisfied with their delivery company and then never responded again. No delivery, no explanation, no follow up. Nothing. And they charged me $1000 for this item, and I have no idea if I am ever going to get it. My only option is to chase them. I would NEVER do business with this company, they are likely frauds and stole my money.

Pergola was scratched prior…
Pergola was scratched prior delivery…even delivery man stated he will take note of the damages. Called mirador and even sent pictures…haven’t heard back from them since and signs of rust are already clearly showing d/t the damages. I had numerous communications with the sales team before making my purchase, yet I was still sent the wrong items. After many emails, I was advised that I would receive a refund and a discount, but I have not received either, nor have I received any follow-up response.
I currently have the pergola as well as the additional pieces that were sent in error, which I do not need, and I am still being charged. This issue remains unresolved to this day.
Unfortunately, based on this experience and the lack of communication, I don't believe I would choose to be a customer again.
