My laptop arrived sooner than I expected and I am very satisfied with it - same as last time I used Micro Dream. So a good consistent performance. Also their helpdesk was on hand for rapid-response queries on WhatsApp to help with the delivery process. Very impressed.

Laptop arrived on time and very well packaged. Condition was "as new" Easy and fast to work through set up. No hesitation in recommending Microdream to anyone.

Excellent description. Just what I wanted. Bought my previous Microdream ThinkPad April 2017 which has done great service and still going strong - but I had to upgrade to a newer model because of the Microsoft move from Windows 10 to Windows 11. All now safely installed and updated. Thank you

My refurbished Dell Latitude 5490 was upgraded as per my request. Setting up W11 was easy. Overall I am very pleased so far as the new laptop is a big improvement on my previous old one. The only negative aspect was the courier company - they would not leave item in a designated safe place nor with a neighbour so the first delivery attempt failed; 2nd attempt : I arranged to be at home but delivery driver did not arrive and marked the delivery as "failed" and then sent me a picture of a hedge; but the third attempt worked !

The attitude you get on email is disgusting.

Supplied me a laptop and 4 days later the power lead stopped working. Their suggestion is that I change the fuse in the plug. No apology that I have experienced a fault with a product they supplied within 4 days of delivery just an email asking me to carry out a repair myself.

I query this with them explaining it is their responsibility to repair or replace the goods.

The next email (still no apology I have a fault) is to spout mumbo jumbo from the Consumer Rights Act.

Why isn’t the initial reaction to help the customer but to start copying and pasting rhetoric from consumer law.

I wanted the power lead repairing, not a lecture and a day out in court. I will just have a full refund instead and use a different company to supply me.

Great product and great service would recommend to everyone

Fast delivery and excellent product.

Have bought other pcs from Microdream and they have proved to be as reliable as buying brand new; I'm sure this laptop will be the same. It's a good enough recommendation if I keep going back for more. If you want to deal with people who know what they are doing, real professionals, then Microdream is the place for affordable and reliable technology.

It came on time and was in very good condition , I then decided that it was not right for me .
So I reach out to them and exsplained that the computer was no good for me .
They were great and sent me a return label and refunded … no problem

Delivered quickly and as described

the item arrive quickly but when I tried it was the wrong one .
when I approached your selves you were not very sympathetic you were more towards I ordered the wrong one with no answer at first to why it did not be compatible until I said I'm not sending it back due to my error, then a response so with that I will not be using yourselves again (Not Happy)

Checked on trustpilot before using Micro Dream Ltd and I can honestly say the reviews are spot on. Ordering was easy delivery was fast and the product itself was amazing it looked absolutely brand new. I am over the moon with the service and my new laptop
