ordered online, only gripe is money not taken instanly so i had to ring up during office offices to validate payment as i keep my card locked when not spending.
Customer service when spoke to sorted it straight away and goods arrived next day, so no complaints.

I'd use this company again for sourcing hardware and peripherals as had excellent customer service with accurate timeline for obtaining hardware - a cash drawer and tracking the delivery. This is meaningful because I'd already messed about buying one online which was cancelled and made futile phone calls diverted to god knows where without an answer. So a helpful person answers the phone and sorted it all. This is like striking gold nowadays - so I recommend this company and will have no hesitation using them again.
