I selected some add ons and modifications to my order. Microdream got this spot on. Many firms would forget these small but important details. The laptop came in an almost new condition. Frankly not easy to know that it's not new. Great firm!

This is my second order of a Lenovo laptop from Microdream. I have had one over a year and one was purchased as a gift a couple of months ago. Both are in great working order, and arrived when expected. They are both refurbished but are the quality I expected. I trust Microdream to deliver what they advertise.

Two other suppliers provided reconditioned computers that failed on start-up (faulty batteries / charging). So I tried Micro-Dream after buying a perfect reconditioned unit from them several years ago.
The better quality of the reconditioning was evident even before start-up; and it has now behaved impeccably for several days.
I will go to Micro-Dream first next time.

Micro Dream invited me to leave a review, as I bought a refurbished laptop from them in summer 2025. Sadly, there were issues with setting up the laptop (this may also be a Microsoft issue, which I would not fully account to Micro Dream) and, crucially, the network driver repeatedly stopped working. I can only use this laptop now with an external driver which is annoying, having a USB sticking out of it 24/7. I also found the product fairly scuffed, you might think it's acceptable for a refurb but for the price I was expecting better. If it was a possibility, then I would have returned the product for repairs or a refund, but I really needed the laptop & had not alternative. Overall I would admit that I probably would not buy from this company again, sorry.
