What made my experience great?
Well, everything.
From the ordering to communication, to delivery. To unpacking the well packed refurbished computer, that looked brand new. To getting info from the customer services helpline, who answered my query the same day. The literature requiring set up was brilliant. To set up was a breeze.
A great windows 11 computer with three years warranty at a fabulous price. An all round fantastic company!

Great experience! Easy website to navigate and payment process was quick and efficient. On receipt of laptop was really happy with the condition and the fresh install of windows allowing me to setup as I required. All instructions were clear and a few labels attached as reminders. Would I use Microdream again? Absolutely! Thank you for a great experience.

I purchased a prebuilt computer from Micro Dream. After only one week, the computer started malfunctioning, restarting every few minutes and showing a memory error.

I contacted Micro Dream support, but instead of helping resolve the issue they simply claimed that everything worked fine on their side. I sent them screenshots of the error and videos clearly showing that the computer freezes and restarts within minutes of being used.

After troubleshooting myself, I removed one of the RAM modules and the computer started working perfectly. I informed them that the issue was clearly caused by a faulty or incompatible RAM module.

Instead of offering a solution, they asked me to send a photo of the RAM. I did so, and their response was that the memory worked fine in their own tests. We have now exchanged 7 emails and they are still unwilling to replace the defective RAM.

This attitude is completely unacceptable. I will now have to open a PayPal dispute and return the entire computer.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a computer.

Ordering the product was straightforward and delivery time was very much on time.

Got them saved up as a come back to seller.

The quality of laptop and the customer service are to be applauded - Not being that technical MicroDream were attentive and helpful - Happy to recommend

I required a cheap but good everyday lightweight laptop for browsing, emails watching YouTube, etc. I find my own business laptop cumbersome. I chose a refurbished Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 from Micro Dream Ltd. It arrived promptly and it is everything I wanted and expected. I will certainly return later in the year for a small refurbished laptop for my wife.

Bought a Lenovo ThinkPad
Its not the fastest to do work with but, a strong robust laptop with a price that will suit your pocket if your only useing it now and then.

I've bought a PC and a laptop from Microdream, and both appeared to be as good as new. they came with detailed technical reports on the various tests they undertook. Impressive. Delivery was easy and communication was good.

Excellent service , these guys make miracles happen with It for a budget that works .
