Do not do business with this company. They are very aggressive in sales, products are mediocre and expensive, even at the so called discounted price. They will send you product if you forget to order each month or just don’t need anything. They call it a backup list even if you don’t need anything. That list they will send over $100 in products and it’s up to you to return. Not even Walmart forces me to buy when I don’t need anything. But they do.

When my "mentor" approached me about joining, I really didn't have the money to spend and KNEW my friends would not have the money.. But I did receive my first order and I have to say, it did last quite awhile. I cancelled after my first order, because, like I said I just could not afford the price.

I used my cleaning and disinfectant and was VERY HAPPY! My son came over and when he walked in, he stated how CLEAN my home smelled and not with a "cover up" or scented clean just a CLEAN smell. And I agree. I was getting ready to see if I could order more but again, the cost is outrageous. and after reading these reviews, the "pyramid" scheme was EXACTLY what I thought when I signed up back in 2020? But my products have lasted THIS LONG SOME of them. A lot of them I kept the packaging in case I ever wanted to reorder and not order the bottles.

No I am not a competitor. I have been buying from them for 3 years. The past 6 months the service has been horrible, so I just cancelled today. 3x they changed my backup order and sent me products I did not order and they suck. Some of their products are great but w/ the bad service I might as well go somewhere local.

This company is great. At first I was skeptical, I did a lot of research on the product ingredients, etc. Everything we have gotten we legit love to the point we had cancelled it, but then reactivated our account almost immediately due to regret. It can get pricey, but you can accrue store points and basically get a bunch of stuff for free. Customer service is on it for sure. If they aren't able to help with something, because it's the weekend for example, they call you back on Monday like they say they will. Overall, we love this company! The products smell sooooo good, and just makes everything feel so clean.

The customer service is phenomenal from the start, the product advocates (shoppers themselves) know the products well and direct you where to go to learn about the products as well. Nearly 40 years in business with top rated products that enabled my five children to no longer need to use a nebulizer to breathe and they even got rid of their inhalers, no more rashes either. Also, they rarely get sick now whereas they stayed sick before I switched to all of their products. Wonderful guides to help with a variety of uses for their various products - so one product can be used for MANY things, it really is a one stop shop for all of your consumable product needs!

The products shelf life is about 50% of the life of attitude or meyers. Your minimum monthly commitment is at least $50 which after 9 months was absolutely ridiculous. I was buying nonsense just to keep my contract -even with group ordering. After 2 years of this my friend whom was the one I was trying to support (she sold it) hadn't made anything- and she had several of us making our minimum orders. The product is decent but ridiculously inflated in every way and nowhere near worth the money charged to members. Hard no.

I have had a 100% postitive experience with this company. Excellent products and service's, and customer service is bar non the most friendly and helpful group I’ve ever encountered. Products live up to claims. i have loved EVERY product I’ve tried since last July , when I became a member!

I have yet to find a product that isn’t the best! I love not only the products but the intention behind all products! To find the best natural product and get them to the people at a great price! If Melaleuca has it - I will only buy from them!

Melaleuca is an amazing American company with products that are non toxic and made in America. They have a 90 day 100% money back policy and the best customer service that I have ever seen. You talk to a person….yes, a real person and I have never had an issue that they didn’t fix above what I could have asked for. In fact, what really stands out in my mind is the fact that their Corporate Headquarters actually called my mother to check on her after I told them while asking about a product that she was going through chemotherapy. They even overnighted the products I asked about because I thought that they could help my mom and they didn’t even charge her for them! This happened both times she went through chemotherapy.

My wife and I absolutely love this company. Fast shipping, and their customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with. In two years there has been only one mistake and the issue was immediately resolved.
At first it was hard to believe the cleaners would actually work, boy was I wrong. They do, and they don't smell all chemicaly!
Add the fact the company is US based and American owned, and the raw materials are from here too. We love it.

I wish I had know about Melaleuca 20 years ago. From the household cleaners, laundry soaps & fabric softeners, vitamins and make-up they have changed my life. They are Non-Toxic and my health shows it. I have no more Asthma problems. I would have saved myself and hubby a lot of doctors appointments and medications chasing problems that were caused by toxic products by companies who could make a safe product like Melaleuca, but choose not too. Profits over people is their moto. Melaleuca cares about their customers health and well being.

I love these products! Since it’s just my husband and I now, and occasional grandkids over, I thought we wouldn’t spend the $80 or so every month. We found we spend that and more because we’ve completely switched almost everything in our house to Melaleuca. We were spending more than that at Walmart and Target every month, going several times. The products are top quality, at reasonable and affordable prices , with no toxins. We feel better and have less skin irritations and allergies than when we were using the “other” products. The beef also is the best we’ve ever had, especially with their spices on it. We’re so glad we found Melaleuca!

I love that I can buy so many things my son and I need on a daily basis. At first I thought it may be difficult to come up needing $80 worth of products in a monthly basis. Once I saw how safe and effective the products are I switched a bunch of other things like supplements and coffee over to Melaleuca. Now as a single father I order twice a month and each order is over $100. I’m so thankful to have an American made source of safe non toxic products to use in my home to help protect my son and animals from unnecessary allergies and viruses. I guarantee you 80% of Americans spend way more than $80 per month on the same type of items that Melaleuca manufacturers. And at a cost per use basis the products are less in most cases. My entire extended family also are loyal customers. Keep up the good work Melaleuca!

We have been shopping with Melaleuca for 18 months now. And we will always shop here. The products are far superior to anything you can buy from Target, Walmart or Amazon. They only use the best ingredients and make products that are actually safe for your home, children and pets. I love the ease of adding things to my cart online and having everything I need for the month shipped to me. My order always arrives in 3 days.

You do need to order once a month, and even though there are only 2 of us in the house, we never have issue with placing an order. In fact, we sometimes place multiple orders in the month because we use so many of the products on a daily basis.

I highly recommend the laundry soap (you should look into how toxic Tide is), Renew lotion, ALL the vitamins, the protein powder, body wash, make up, collagen and the fiber powder. Prices are very similar to anything you buy at Walmart...but with BETTER ingredients.

So next time you go get vitamins, cleaners and personal care items from big box stores, remember that you are paying for toxic ingredients. Switching to this store was a no brainer for our family.

I love the products . I deal with chemical sensitivity and I can’t use many common products on the market. With this company, melaleuca, I can use everything! No reactions at all! No headaches! No rashes! No stuffy nose! It is fantastic. The cleaners work, the makeup , both and body and everything else really works!

My wife and I are older and when we started with Melaleuca I was worried about purchasing the minimum each month. That became a non issue as soon as we started using the products. They are so good we started trying different things and found we loved them too. Until Melaleuca all fabric softeners I have tried have made my skin itch. Its amazing what happens when you put non-toxic products on your skin.
