I go to TRULIEVE in Daytona beach

I go to TRULIEVE in Daytona beach, FL….TJ was my budtender. The first thing I wanna say is he has the most positive attitude. Always smiling and I learn different stuff about Terps etc.
matter of fact he has been my budtender many times in the past. I was so happy when they said “ go to window 8”. lol.

Consistently the slowest place to ever…

Consistently the slowest place to ever go. Been coming for years only as a last resort and it never fails to disappoint. It's like they train employees to go as slow as possible and talk as much as they can about nonsense. Place sucks. Literally every other place is better, every single one.

Treated rudely from when I walked in

from when I walked in. The bud expert didn’t give me his name (I had a mobile order) he walks away (when I’m at the one at home I have to sit and wait to be called) a woman comes out and said can I help you. I told her I was being helped thank you. She said oh he’s been waiting for you. Never got “his name” I go to the counter he lips a product I. Front of me and points I can’t see because I have bad eyes the Trulieve by me in south Florida reads me my order and every product but he still points. Then I thought maybe he’s deaf as he Hadn’t said a word. I’m hard of hearing so I tried to sign and also spoke clearly in case he was a lip reader. He kept pointing. I told him I cannot see the label so he just threw it in the bag with the rest of my order. Of course I had an issue w my debit cards fraud alerting me so I went to ATM (I swear they do that on purpose) LOL. I came back gave him my cash as I’m still speaking to him he takes my cash hands me back a few dollars and literally slams my bag down still without saying a word I would hope if he was dead he would have a name tag that says please be patient I’m dead. My nephew wears something similar so when he’s at work people don’t think he’s weird but he can read lips if this gentleman wasn’t dead then he’s very rude and I will never go back to this Trulieve. All I can say is he has a hat on with a beard and didn’t speak. Therefore never even getting his name to speak to management when I got home.

I’d give them no stars if I could. These are the people who tried to ban hemp and all competition in VA. Bad intentions from the people running this. Flower is mids at best. These exact kind of company you want to avoid

On March 9, 2026, I went to Trulieve located at 5900 Rock Island Road, Tamarac, FL 33319, I placed my order online. As I walked into your facility a young man a corky guy took care of me. He had some stuffed animal sneakers. Cute young man. I don't know his name. Nor on the receipt it does not list the associate that took care of you. I think you should add that feature to your receipt. The associate who is taking care of you at the time of service rendered. He was very friendly, he asked for my ID then he called me in so I could receive my order. I like it when I walk into the facility, it is always clean nice size lobby, with plenty of parking outside. Staff are very knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions & recommend what’s new & old. BIG SHOUT OUT to your Team!!! 5-star quality!!! I love coming to your facility & I highly recommend it. MARIAE

I recently wrote a review on Yelp and you guys hit me up and I just wanted to let you know that the trulieve in Apache Junction is not the one that upset me the one I got upset with is on Alma School and McClellan in Mesa I walked in and there was nobody at the counter to take my ID so I just walked over to the line where the customers wait and the manager lady came out started yelling at me and told me I'm supposed to go to the line where the people go to order it on the internet to show my ID and how am I supposed to know it's the first time I've ever been there but she yelled at me in front of everybody it made me look stupid so I ain't never going back in there, and why is it when I go up in there the cheapest eight is like 25 bucks I get them for 10 bucks at Nirvana after tax

Great staff

First off this is the only store I go to, in Auburndale, FL... Staff is amazing, they go beyond what they're supposed to do... Usually don't have a problem with the flower, but the one I got yesterday, was a little short, how do I know, cause 3.5 grams, makes me more than one little skimpy joint, and one little skinny blunt... And a very little left over.
So whoever was in charge of this batch, y'all might want to check their scales, cause when a smoker knows they've been got ,they know... So plz check that employee that was in charge of this batches scale.. thank u...

Brooksville truelieve on broad st

Brooksville truelieve on broad st. today. this place has always been kinda snotty to people and I don't go in often. i like concentrates. I went today and the shatter (packaged in a wax paper folded up) is more like fruit leather. wont work with the seahorse. its not shatter at all. prices are the highest, quality some of the poorest. this will be the last time I waste time or money here. an entire gram of my concentrates right in the trash.

Do better Jennifer/ trulieve hire someone with empathy and good customer service who loves their job

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the S. Cleveland Ave Fort Myers location due to an employee named Jennifer. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

Customer service clearly does not matter to her. She spoke with unnecessary attitude, made rude gestures, and treated me like I was a problem instead of a paying customer. When I asked a simple question and later requested information on how to make a report, her behavior suddenly changed — which tells me she knows exactly how she was acting.

No customer should have to feel embarrassed, disrespected, or talked down to while spending their money. There are plenty of places with staff who know how to act professionally — this location needs better training and accountability.

Do better.

Beware of Jennifer

Hello,

I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my visit to your dispensary on January 24, 2026, shortly after opening, at the location 12575 A Cleveland Ave.

I was the first customer checked in online. When the door was opened by an employee named Jennifer, her demeanor was immediately unwelcoming. I realized I had forgotten my ID and promptly left to retrieve it, returning within minutes.

Upon my return, despite being first online, I was instructed to wait in the longer line. When I respectfully spoke up, Jennifer responded with a rude gesture and took my card in a dismissive manner.

When my name was later called, I calmly asked who I could speak with to make a report regarding the treatment I had experienced. At that point, Jennifer loudly and rudely yelled in front of other customers, drawing attention to me and escalating the situation unnecessarily.

A manager named Kirk intervened. Before I could explain, the employee continued speaking over me. The interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional, particularly as it occurred publicly in front of other patrons. Kirk appeared visibly uncomfortable with how the situation was handled and provided me with this contact information to report the incident.

I am not writing to cause trouble, but to document conduct that was inappropriate, hostile, and inconsistent with basic standards of customer service. I expect to be treated with respect, especially when raising a concern calmly and appropriately.

I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that appropriate steps be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
