My husband ordered a bunch of products to try as a favor to his mom. We haven’t found a single product among them that we would choose to buy without having our arms twisted. We both agree the shampoos (we got 3 different options from them to try) is the worst we’ve ever used. Bar soap left our skin feeling sticky feeling sticky instead of clean. Hand soap smells so strong I don’t want to have my hands anywhere near my face after using. Synthetic and artificial ingredients in multiple of the “supplement” products. And returns and subscription cancellation process a major headache! 100% do not recommend.

My experience with this company has been amazing. Love every single product I try and they even help keep our membership active because my husband and I suffer from severe short term memory loss. LOVE Melaleuca!

Love the products, we’ve seen great improvements in health with peak performance supplements. Their customer service is excellent. Overall a great experience as a member of this wellness shopping club. Highly recommend

Company have disrespectful semi drivers who doesn’t care about another people’s on roads and also on rest areas. Park their trucks on public areas like thats company property …. This one moron was parked on Saturday 7th march in Nebraska on I-80e near omaha

I cancelled my account twice and they keep sending me orders and charging my credit card without permission. Had to call again and cancel. They claim they never received the necessary signed cancellation. Really two times. Hard to believe. Scam

I got into because of my friend and I liked some of the products but even with the membership it was still too expensive. Also you have to spend a certain amount each month to keep your membership. It’s really stupid and a hassle to cancel your membership by printing out a form and emailing it to the company. And I couldn’t pay for some product and they still sent it anyways even though they keep trying to charge my card. I wouldn’t recommend if you can’t afford spending $150 to $200 a month for a whole year.

A friend has been dedicated to Melaleuca for decades. Been trying some products.
The vitamins are labeled like cure all, heal all, better you life nonsense. A professional dietitian will always recommend getting you vitamins from healthy eating.
The shaving creme made my face burn before finishing. Had to wash it off.
The hand soap, laundry detergent, and vegetable wash, all seem week in washing ability.
The dish soap, and all purpose cleaner is satisfactory.
Ordering products is not easy enough.
The pricing is way off, and unjustified.
Sorry, not recommend.
Also, the "membership" feels and acts like a pyramid scheme.

Melaleuca Malaysia failed to refund my money when I already returned the products, otherwise they refunded the money to my upline..very bad experience with them.

This company makes it ridiculously difficult to cancel the subscription. It is so absurd you would think you're signing your rights away to your children. Due to this, my wife and I will never do business with this company and I recommend no one else do business with them either. We have never in our lives had to jump through so many hoops to cancel the subscription.

I wanted to like this company because I was joining to support a friend. There were a couple products I liked such as the activate drink mixes and some of the snack bars. However, I found most of the stuff to be overpriced and not to be as high quality as they claim that it is (see EWG ratings). The customer service was horrible. They don't reply to emails. They don't want to put anything in writing. They call you and then they try to sell you on other benefits as part of your membership. The commission policies are terrible. When you question them again they don't want to email you anything in writing. They want to talk about their shady practices on the phone and upsell you. I have found the reps to be very pushy until they have you sign up and then you don't hear from them most of the time. There were a lot of products that didn't taste good at all in the health line. I had a bad reaction to the vitamins because of how much they put in there. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The amount that you have to buy every month is ridiculous and it's hard to find enough product that you actually want. If you don't place an order each month they send you a backup order. If you have someone under you as a downline as a rep and you don't place an order for a month, they don't pay you commission even though they profit off of you from your downline placing orders. The first couple of months when you sign someone up is decent but then after that it drops like a stone and is a ridiculously low amount. They claim they are not an MLM but they are shady like one and sure sound like one.

Hands down the best store that I have ever shopped from! I've been shopping here for 7 years and will never stop. The products out-perform anything else I have ever used, they save me a ton of money on my grocery budget, and I have seen so many significant improvements in my health since shopping here. Their customer service is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever dealt with.

Shopping monthly....well, we ALL shop monthly (probably weekly) somewhere! I am a single woman and easily shop for 150 points or more per month! And no, I do not have cupboards stocked full of extra products. Melaleuca is meant to be a replacement to wherever you currently do most of your grocery shopping. If you truly convert your entire home over, not only will shopping for 35 points be no problem, it will also save you a ton of money on your overall grocery budget!

It just saddens me that there are so many out there who do not properly educate others about how the membership works, which is what leads to a lot of the negative reviews. When understood, and used properly, shopping here makes so much sense!

I understood going in what the deal was. My representative told me straight up on every aspect of the company. Nothing held back no lies. Yes you will pay 75 dollars a month to stay as an active member. When I shop Costco or Walmart or ShopRite I drop over 200 bucks before I buy the first steak chop or chicken breast! 75 dollars is’t a lot of monthly outlay AND the products themselves in my opinion are in many if not MOST cases superior to anything you find in a box store. Secondly: Think about vertical Integration… Melaleuca researches, sources, manufactures, packages and direct ships its products to the consumer. No advertising/marketing expenses, they do not own a fleet of trucks, or pay for transportation, they control the quality of their products strictly according to higher than industry standards and the most important thing to me is that they are a PRIVATE company. How many of these negative reviews are coming from competitors who despise their 2Billion dollar yes with a B annual revenue WORLD WIDE? The money they save on all of the above allows them to grant generous compensation to those wh attract new folks who merely switch from box stores to the Wellness Company…. Think about it 63% a box stores products cost stems from the above mentioned factors… way more than HALF. The model has worked since 1985 and will continue to do so once Light Dawns on Marblehead as we say in Massachusetts. When the epiphany hits and the light goes on, welcome aboard!

I used to walk everyday for more than 10 kilometers a day since it is part of my job, and it came to a point that my legs became weaker as I understood that I am becoming old already. So much more I felt like quitting my job because of too much physical stress. But after taking the vitamins called vitality for men plus calcium, CranBarrier-support wellness, now I'm not feeling winded anymore. I can now make it from 11:00 am walking up to 8:00 pm. Thanks God for the Melaleuca Food supplements.

Awful products and sales pressure tactics requesting money NOT owed! Hard to cancel and their sales reps are very deceptive.

This company is a fraud and a scam.
They was paid for a order that was returned and keeps telling me that they never recieved the funds after sending numerous proof from the bank they still say they cant find or refund me my money.

Please do not interact with this company as they are fraud and scam and will take your money and refuse to refund

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. They’re lying and tricking people — changing their Terms & Conditions without notice or consent. Typical crooks. When buying or using points, don’t believe a single thing they promise. I genuinely don’t understand how the authorities aren’t interested in what they’re doing. We’re all supposed to be protected under consumer law, yet they seem to get away with breaking it, and no one does anything about it.

Koala Pals™ Kids Pack (SAVINGS PACK) – £9.80. What a joke! Buying them individually works out cheaper — £7.50 total, £3.75 each. Where exactly is the “saving”? They’re openly misleading customers. It’s unbelievable how they can get away with this sort of thing.

Cleaning products are good. Meaning non toxic. Make sure you read ingredients on everything you want to purchase. Not happy to find sucralose in the electrolytes. Not happy that the first ingredient in the baby lotion is soybean oil. Read the ingredients. This company sells itself for being clean on ingredients. It's not.

The rep that tried to get me in this company was not only pushy, (like she said she wouldn't be) but totally misleading saying there isn't any auto ship, etc. then rudely said I was ghosting her when I didn't answer her text about a $1 sign up expiring today. I wouldn't sign with this company if it was the last one on earth, and certainly not with a rep like the one I experience.

Having worked the business, I think they have a great compensation plan and some good products, however, they are not the health and wellness products for me. Lots of unnecessary ingredients for a plant focused company, what ever happened to just single whole food ingredients? The most annoying thing in dealing with the company was when decided I wanted to cancel my account, they still tried to get a payment out of me for a backup order that I never received. Having worked in retail, accounting and customer service for over a decade myself, they should have just removed the balance owing, knowing that they still had the products in their warehouse rather pester me with a phone call every single day to pay the balance, just to leave a credit on my account for when I decided to return. Why give you my money to hold? Lastly, the CS rep I called about this had a bit of attitude when I said I don't think that I'll be shopping there again and if they would please stop contacting me with phone calls and texts. It's a great store for people looking for better options for the inner isles of the grocery store, not crunchy granola people like myself.
