Melaleuca vitamins are the epitome of…
Melaleuca vitamins are the epitome of pure, unadulterated garbage wrapped in expensive packaging. If you’re looking for a way to waste your hard-earned cash on something that delivers absolutely zero benefits, look no further. These overpriced capsules might as well be filled with sawdust for all the good they do.
The promises? Pure fiction. After taking these so-called “health boosters,” the only thing that felt improved was my skepticism. Energy levels? Still rock bottom. Immune support? Might as well have been breathing in New York City air during flu season. I honestly think these vitamins have negative vibes—like, I’d feel better not taking them.
Oh, and let’s talk about the taste. Ever chewed chalk straight out of the art supply aisle? Well, Melaleuca somehow managed to bottle that experience and charge a small fortune for it. They must think their vitamins are made of gold dust, but honestly, I’d rather eat dirt than continue this miserable experiment.
Save yourself the time, the money, and the crushing disappointment. Your health deserves better than this vitamin scam disguised in a pretty bottle. Melaleuca, you’ve taken “false hope” to a whole new, abysmal level.
Terrible Company
Terrible, horrible company. They will send orders after you cancel your membership. They tell you to return it but will only get store credit. I have been fighting with them for a week. They don't care and will not resolve the issue. I am seeking help from BBB now.
Also after digging in deeper into the company their products are not as they advertise. They are more toxic than they lead you to believe.
Do NOT do business with this horrible company!!!
I am very disappointed with the company…
I am very disappointed with the company because I ordered a product last year in August 2023, and it expires in March 2024, leaving only a seven-month difference prior to the expiration date. I didn’t even realize this until my husband pointed it out to me. I feel let down because if you cancel your membership, they don’t address your concerns anymore. Overall, I am just disappointed with the outcome of our conversation.
Stay away you cannot cancel if you change your mind…
We ordered the $300+ Starter pack initially we were really excited about this product. The values that they stand for. But after I did some research about how much you’re actually supposed to spend each month this was no longer available option for us. On October 12 when we had signed up. I reached out to our rep to say I wanted to cancel that. This really wasn’t going to be the best fit for us yet. this company is more like a GNC than some thing I could actually use on regular basis. Who buys hundreds of dollars every month and cleaning supplies? We were excited about the meat options, but it’s an additional subscription which doesn’t make any sense at all. So we called their customer. Service line will need to be told we had to fill out some paper and send it back to them to cancel our services. We did that on the 12th yesterday on the 14th. Our rep reached out to us to let us know that they had shipped our package Now what am I supposed to do? I will not pay for return shipping on a package. I told them not to ship. I disputed this with my credit card company, and I filled out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Sad way to treat patriots.

They test on animals and they are far from being natural
Absolutely the worst experience!
Absolutely the worst experience!! Do NOT sign up. The representatives don’t know what’s going on, one says one thing the other contradicts it. They will process your card without authorization. Items can NOT be returned like you are told!!! Honestly hate to say this but I feel this is a SCAM!!!

This company does have toxins in their affinia facial scrub look for Maltodextrin. A whole lot of Podcasters on Rumble like Newstreason and others are wanting people to sign up for 17switch.com which is Melaleuca products. I have been muted for speaking the truth on this podcasters site. I was being honest with people and NewsTreason chose profit over the safety of people. We all need to be aware of these type of people. Protect yourself from toxins.
I have been a shopper with Melaleuca for over 13 years and love it!
I have been a shopper with Melaleuca for over 13 years. I could not live without their products! Their products are so much better than what you see in the stores and save you money. Many products are like little miracles in a bottle that help with skin issues, cholesterol, blood pressure, weight loss, energy, sleep, getting the toxins out of your house ... there is no store like it. I have also referred others and have gotten a thank you check every month for years. The company has paid out over $7.4 billion dollars in thank you checks to those who share the company. It is an amazing store and opportunity if you like it to be. JoAnn Gallant :)
Fantastic products
Fantastic products, fantastic customer service. Solid company that cares about the customers and products. Sorry I had not found them sooner.
Pyramid in disguise through references.
If you need a referral to access the product, mlm. There ad camping is word of mouth, mlm. Empowerment, mlm. Watched this company eat a family member who hoarded all the good deals that cost more than the average grocery. They got ALS of my email, signed me up, and the process to quit is ridiculous. It’s designed to make it too difficult and you give up, that way they can list that many more customers.
Toxic ingredients, toxic MLM
I had heard about melaleuca from a friend years ago who swore by their cleaning products. When offered to join by a different friend I didn't hesitate. I bought a value pack and quickly learnt how cheap & nasty these products are.
This company markets itself as wellness however I've researched natural & synthetic ingredients that are close to natural and this company doesn't come close. The vitamin range is full of cheap fillers that cause inflammation. The cleaning products give me a headache. When I went to cancel the same date I joined a month later I was told I'd missed the cut off by 3 days so I had to place another order. You are locked into ordering an exorbitant amount every month.
The structure of the company is exactly like a multi level marketing company - MLM. There is absolutely nothing trustworthy about the set up, the use of the name Malaleuca which is natural but nothing else in the products is natural and the promotional slogan "swap to buying everything you already buy in the supermarket" except some products you're buying are marketed as lasting six months but you're placing an order every month. I absolutely regret signing up and am not looking forward to going through the process of getting a refund.

I just want to thank all those that gave honest 1 star reviews. An acquaintance recommended this company to me because I was interested in products made in America. I also prefer more natural or at least clean ingredients.
When I was asked to check all the products I thought would use, I found that I really didn't use much on their list. I buy my make up and soap from vegan and cruelty free companies and I'm really a minimalist anyway. My points came to 28 points I think. They want you to have 35 points. So she asked me to go back and add more just so I could "shop" and see what was available. I added a couple more things to my list and then watched a video. I did fill out forms with name/address/phone, but I never gave my credit card info, and after reading these reviews, I don't plan to.
I took screen shots of each page of the form as I filled it out just in case I would need to dispute something. I expect I'll be getting phone calls, texts, and emails, but there is a wonderful feature called "block" that I will use if needed.
Reliable and trustworthy as advertised!
After I ordered my first medical kit, I received the kit sooner than expected and the packaging was excellent. All items are labeled clearly and the information packet that came with the kit is informative and of course useful. I ordered the spike protein, medical kit and emergency kit. I have done my own homework on TWC’s medical staff and I trust their information and willingness to get out to the public the products that are safe, trustworthy and reliable.
Great customer service as well. No phone calls BUT, I was Very satisfied and relieved as to how quickly TWC customer care responded to my email and VERY soon after, TWC graciously took care of me and the questions I had. My experience with TWC confirmed all I thought about TWC staff and products.
Thank you ALL at The Wellness Company!
Not worth it
Tried this co. a few years ago. I was looking for more natural products. You have to order a minimum every month which is way more than I could use monthly as a single person. Canceled after only a few months due to not being able to keep up with ordering, got too expensive. If you could order only when you need it would be better. Even my meat subscription let's you skip a month as often as necessary without being penalized. Now I buy my stuff elsewhere as needed
I absolutely their values and morals!
I absolutely their values and morals!! Their products are exceptional and when I was ready to cancel it was an easy process!! I also was able to reactivate my membership without any penalty fees attached!
Canceling is a very difficult process, they ignore requests for canceling …
Canceling with this company is very difficult; a company which will not allow you to block or cancel payments with the credit card company directly. You have to work with Melaleuca directly. This company also keeps your credit card on file even if you try to delete it, it forces you to add another card. My problem with getting a refund for an order I didn't place 2 months after canceling the membership was resolved afterwards but it was so stressful!
Melaluca is American Made and Plant-Based
Knowing that I am using American made, plant-based products in my home is enough for me to keep using this company. The products work great, smell great, and are not full of toxins.
My sales rep, Adrienne McDowell, is the best.
If you want to eliminate household toxins, this is a great way to do so.
I absolutely hate the fact that they…
I absolutely hate the fact that they send you an order automatically, even if u don’t wanna purchase . The way this economy is right now I have no money to waste. And if u try to cancel your subscription well let’s just say u have to jump thru hurdles.
I have quite a bit of experience buying…
I have quite a bit of experience buying online and I have to say. Melaleuca is impressive. From ordering to delivery, the prices and 90 day money back guarantee with free gifts and the accumulation of shopping dollars in my account...Wow...that makes another very happy customer. I'd say try it out for yourself and yeah like someone else said don't listen to the negative rubbish someone puts on the review. Make your own experience, you won't regret it.
Try it for yourself
I bought a year ago, I switched where I get my basic needs for the house. I had never heard of Melaleuca, and it first I thought it was a multilevel marketing company or a pyramid scheme. I was so VERY wrong. It’s just that they pay people for recommending them to others. I guess since they don’t pay for advertisements and rely on 100% word-of-mouth advertising, they’re able to give back to the people who shop with them. Outstanding idea! As far as the products, I have not used any cleaning products before that work as effectively as these do! I’ve read some negative reviews, and it seems to me that there’s been a small group of people who have either had an unfortunate customer service experience (every Customer Service experience I’ve had has been nothing but positive) OR they didn’t understand their membership to begin with. No one is supposed to get a back up order. The only way to get a back up order is if you don’t intentionally shop in an entire calendar month per the membership agreement. You can even edit the back up order so that if you think you might forget to shop, you can get exactly what you want in the event that you forget rather than a random selection made by the company. I just think it’s unfair to complain about back up orders when you agreed to get one if you didn’t shop when you signed the membership agreement. Overall, my experience with Melaleuca has literally changed my life! That sounds grandiose, but I’m not kidding, and I’m not padding the reviews. The medical industry today is using a sick care model. It is not healthcare. I would much rather stay healthy and not need to go to the doctor when I’m sick. Since taking Melaleuca products, I haven’t had a single sick visit. The peak performance nutrition packs are the products that I gave the most credit to. I started taking the total health because I needed bone and joint support due to my arthritis, and it’s only another $20 to get the whole shebang…, Brain, bone and joint, heart health. Not only did my arthritic pain decrease, but I actually had a bone spur that somehow is now gone!!!! Don’t believe negative reviews… Try it for yourself! There’s honestly no risk in giving it a try with their Satisfaction guarantee. All I can say is I love it and I tell everybody that I know so they can benefit too!
