The order was processed and delivered quickly and as ordered.

Unable to buy any items I would like with a maplin voucher. Most of the items for sale are switch electronics which don't except the maplin voucher.

Would have been a 5 star, I have always had good service from online Maplin as well as the previous retail outlets. However I ordered a pack of 40 AA batteries and the pack only contained 38. In the grand scheme of things, not a great problem. I sent a return email to Maplins, and as yet (2 days) I have not even received an acknowledgement.

Good seeing Maplin again.

The products have arrived well packaged, seem well made and working well. The delay in delivery was down to Royal Mail, not the suppliers who dispatched quickly.

Absolutely horrendous service, don't use. There are better companies out there.

I was really unsure of what to order as I was helping an elderly friend with some older (SCART connection) technologies. Could I reliably convert a SCART signal to a HDMI connection?

I asked the question by email and received an answer back within a short time, along with further recommendations of additional things that I may also want to consider.

No high pressure selling, just honest and really useful assistance.

The converter doesn't work.
Using just the scart cable directly from a VHS player to a TV the signal is fine. However, when using the scart to HDMI converter to an HDMI port on the TV the picture keeps cutting out periodically.

I haven't bought from Maplin before. I have to say the ordering process was easy and straightforward, and I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and the shipping. The item was delivered in two days and well packaged.

Bought as gift for my son not used yet. Ordering was easy and quick delivery with updates all the way no problems thank you

Item arrived on time, item is perfect for my needs.

Parcel hasn’t arrived or moved from the warehouse. Needed this for a certain day as it was a gift. Ordered with plenty of time and it’s now way over the estimated days. Support has told me they will look into it but no update so clearly they are not. Absolutely awful!

Edit- James my estimated delivery date was Friday - Monday. We are now on Wednesday. This is not my original delivery date. I ordered an item from Turkey and it got to me quicker than the item I ordered from you that was from the UK. Please do better

Product never arrived and they will not answer emails to give refund. STAY AWAY!
