Ordered a new iPhone 17 over a week ago, and it still has not been delivered.
I emailed chasing it 4 days ago and and no response to my email, there is not telephone number to call them and they do not respond to emails.
Stay away!

Sent me a cracked cream tub instead of my order? Sent numerous emails just to be talking to myself now raised a chargeback with my bank to get my money back, they sell fake iPhones from china not uk version avoid.

I Purchased Brand New I Phone 17 PRO MAX GENUINE with £100 discount which is very reasonable and UKCA stock I'm very happy with they are very Good Honest Guys Farhan,Kabir and Hussain.

Top drawer service from first placing my order to delivery next day. Bought a new iPad at a great price.
This is the second time I have bought from Major Mobiles thoroughly recommend the company.

I haven't received my order yet, and it's passed the expected delivery date and I still haven't even had a notification of dispatch. Currently not particularly impressed. Have contacted customer service, awaiting response, so will see what they do.

EDIT: took several emails (phone number doesn't work) to get a response and only when I gave them a deadline and advised I would be starting a chargeback and reporting to trading standards. Received confirmation today that my order has been cancelled, and now awaiting my refund. If there is a legitimate reason for an order being delayed then that's fine, but tell the customer about it! Promptly! Don't just give them radio silence and leave them thinking they've been scammed.

Didn’t receive parcel or refund

My son saved his pocket money to buy a metaquest3. It worked for a week. Majormobiles.com do not respond to warranty requests they promise.

No updates whatsoever on the order.
Tried contacting customer service to no avail.
No customer communication

UPDATE:
I haven't received the product that I had ordered.
Sent about 5 emails , no response.
Tried to call the number: not available.
Called the bank to open a dispute after sending another email to Majormobiles to avoid escalation ,no reply.
Sent another email to formally cancel the order as it has been 21 DAYS and the order status is: awaiting information.

I have no idea how this website managed to get any good reviews.

Good price better than top refurbished one.Please consider selling the Apple charging plug when supplying phone even if it’s the same price for one from Argos £19

Great prices and super fast delivery

I bought an IPad in November 2024. It's in immaculate condition and just stopped charging. The Apple store confirmed that the logics board has ceased working. I have contacted Major Mobiles over 20 times via email and their online contact form due to the 2 year warranty. I have had no response. A waste of money, dodgy service and product!!

Shocking service – left with no other choice but to start a chargeback

I’ve never experienced customer service this poor before.

I purchased AirPods Pro 3 through Major Mobile and have had ongoing issues that are still not resolved. The worst part is the complete lack of response — I’ve sent multiple messages over the past month and have received no reply.

I’ve made several attempts to contact them and have effectively been ignored.

Because of this, I’ve now had to start a chargeback through my bank just to try and get my money back.

For a product at this price point, this level of support is unacceptable.

I’d still be open to resolving this directly, but that would require someone from Major Mobile to actually respond.

Hi I placed an order on the 5th March and it was shipped out , and was meant to be delivered the 10th

Now Royal Mail has declared my phone missing that the driver said it was stolen in his van and was told told to contact seller
I have sent numerous emails and even call the number on their website no response

I will be giving major mobile to come to a resolution if not I will open a dispute with my bank has the iPhone 17prom max cost me a fortune .. either major mobile send me a new mobile or send me my funds back so I can go purchase at a different trusted store

Update : MAJOR MOBILE ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AND MY IPHONE IS STILL MISSING

ROYAL MAIL HAS TOLD ME TO TELL MAJOR MOBILE TO CLAIM COMPENSATION and they are failing to respond to me!! Avoid this company by all means if possible

Yet again ten out of ten, absolutely the two best phone fixers, my battery was dying and my charger port was done!! They had fixed both issues within the hour,the price was very competitive and I even got a smile, really recommend to all.😀😀
