Londis in wallasey village is a rip off. The first time I went they had no soap working at the car wash. Now I've just tried to buy a pack of 4 cokes. The real price was behind a big price tag. I took them to the counter and he said far more than than the massive price tag the tiny writing saying diet coke. So I took them back,moved the sign and found the right place. That is false advertising. Also cans are 1.05 a few shops down. Their price 1.65. Your're open anyway all night for cars. You are just a rip off.

Londis in Broadway Market in Hackney are complete scammers, avoid this shop at all costs. Went there a few days ago to top up my electric key as they have a paypoint machine, i was told by a very rude staff member that the machine was not working, well that was the 4th time in a row that this has happened to me in this particular shop. Anyway i went back in there about 10 minutes later to complain and the same member of staff was topping up someone elses electric key, only because the customer had purchased something from the shop. It is a disgrace that this shop can pick and choose who they serve, if you only want electric or gas then they will not serve you which surely is a breach of their conditions, i have contacted both Londis HQ and Paypoint in regards to these frauds, as yet i await a response.

Car wash machine didn’t work and the clerk told me it was my fault for not pressing with reasonable force on the buttons, that looked more like contact only, and the machine swallowed my money without being able to make it work. That was in Southside, Edinburgh 11:30

Extremely rude staff, very unwelcoming and give you rude and blunt responses when you ask the simplest of questions. Awful experience anytime you go in

I went to collect my surprise bag from my TooGoodtoGo app and the man at the shop seemed very unenthusiastic in giving me my order and was very rude. He was angry because I swiped the collect option which the app told me to do. He started raising his voice at me. Never go to this branch! DISGUSTING!

Slim Woman serving me with glasses has very poor customer service skills. Just ignores me when I say thank you. She was just dead eyeing me. I over heard her say look at all these idiots in the shop. So disrespectful. Needs sacking.

The place is dirty and dangerous, with some sort of hole in the floor covered with plastic! I will not use this place anymore though due to the ignorant staff/management who have taken over!!! Not one of them says please thankyou ect. The Coop on Oakwood Lane have pleasant staff and it’s clean!!! So I now shop there

The clerk/shop owner is so disrespectful and rude. I came into the store to collect my parcel asking kindly if I can collect it. He does not speak to me, leaves for a bit, comes back with the parcel throws it almost off the counter in front of my face and doesn’t say anything to me. Honestly so shocking. I’ve heard the owner is quite racist but didn’t make anything of it until my first experience today picking up my parcel.

Coffee machine filthy, toilet facilities absolutely disgusting yet signed to say been cleaned. Staff rude, no hand wash or toilet paper. Just go somewhere else

Fantastic service and friendly

Some of the rudest staff you will ever have the displeasure of meeting. Absolutely no manners or appreciation for the custom. Today is the last day I shop there and I hope they go bankrupt.

Today spent £31.48
Now on the ruduce (yes reduce) section orange Gatorade at 50p.
Now Ive moaned at the staff and the receipt states £1.99 , discounted -£1.49 non vat 50p
What does this tell me you’re robbing me of £1.50 ??
I’ll never go to the store again.

I stopped shopping here not because the staff are very rude and like spraying air refresher the shop because they think you are stinking the shop out and boss out around on how much of each item can be bought by one customer especially reduced to clear.

A23 Crawley ByPass Fuel Stop

I HATE businesses that tell me how I will pay. My card of choice is AMEX - 'we dont take Amex here'... WHY NOT??

Ryanair takes Amex so it cant be more expensive. I had to pay Cash which had to be got from their ATM so I wont be going back.

the female just finished the scanning, as my son (disabled) went to pay with his card she added another item, and he only realised after, so asked why she did it and all she said was I'll refund it now. She knew what she was doing and wasn't sorry for her actions.

Perhaps the most filthy and miserable petrol station shops in the UK. Most of these shops or franchises or whatever they are don't have a toilet, probably because they want to save money. The staff are very poor quality, untrained and the prices of the products are exaggeratedly high in addition to the fact that they have a very limited range of products for sale. Absolutely disgusting.
