Terrible job using poor quality turf which looks like as other people have mentioned a ,patchwork quilt ! The customer service is non existent and having spent over £6k feel completely let down and left having to start again
Purchased & paid online for collection & had to join early morning queue. Collected within 15 mins & on my way home.
Paid a little more than basic, but received excellent & well grown grass turf that appeared to have been grown upon a compost type base that held the rolls together in transit.
Can't rate their product highly enough & would recommend to others.
They have hidden prices on delivery they charge what they want, instead of informing you of this £35 delivery is very steep. The woman on reception was very rude.
be extremely cautious when buying from this company. This company are dishonest/ignorant. They landscaped my friends garden in Stickport. Weed free quality top soil was used with no problems arising 12 months later. This year - a couple of months ago - my friend bought a further 2 tons of topsoil off them to fill beds she'd just had made in the garden. Last weekend I had to weed out mares tail, bindweed and nettles. It's been sourced from and uncultivated piece of land, therefor full of the seeds of these weeds. My friend has rang the company endless times and the one time she did manage to speak to them she was fobbed off with the pathetic excuse that its seeds from the weeds thats blown in the air and rooted themselveswhen. My friend had only filled the beds...... 2 weeks ago. The first of the rain since the hot dry spell caused the weeds to grow and in just 1 sq foot of a 20ft bed, tje soil contained over 20 nettle seedlings, 3 bindweed seedlings and 8 newly rooted mares tail. I've had to dig out and rebag ALL of the soil. My friend now has 2 tons of soil sat on her driveway that is not fit for purpose. This company will not respond to emails or text messages and when you ring the receptionist fobs you off with stupid statements like the one she made on Saturday. As a gardener i can quite honestly say These people are out and out crooks - don't buy from them
This company have been nothing but helpful to me while I have been having murders with a gardener! Can't fault them at all customer service is great and prices even better! Finally got a garden worth sitting out in for and for a reasonable price thanks to Lindow
