I witnessed an attempted delivery today and when the lorry was reversing into an opening to deliver some materials to a house the driver reversed into a house and broke the for sale/ sold sign. There was a very loud bang hence there was some considerable impact. It got me to the window instantly to see what was happening and I have CCTV as do a few houses in the immediate vicinity so the event has been recorded. The lorry was too big in my opinion and on two occasions the lorry has disturbed the artificial grass outside the back of my house. I understood from my neighbour who helped guide the vehicle that they promised to tidy up after themselves and they did not. I would think twice about using the company given what I have witnessed and experienced today. I question the wider awareness of the people doing this job?

This is the second time that I’ve used them. I bought some bags of stones. The first time they delivered free of charge eventhough I’m not ‘local’
This time I was informed that there would be a fuel surcharge. Understandable considering the crisis that we’re in now.
I told them that I would pick them up myself within 2 weeks.
A few days later I received an email that they would deliver my bags as they were in the area free of charge.
Outstanding customer service and would definitely use again
