Very good communication and an efficient service. I wanted a difficult to aquire camera (Fujifilm X100VI) but I was given an estimate of 1 month so I placed an order. The camera arrived 10 days later!

Online ordering is great.
Easy to use and most importantly the grading system for used equipment is very accurate, but with confidence

I drove around 30 miles to the Colchester branch today as previous reviews rated staff 5 star with excellent knowledge & customer service. I had an issue with dirt on my Nikon's sensors which staff dealt with quickly & efficiently with explanations of what had been done. Tops for customer service, so if I have any DSLR issues in future it's LCE, Colchester for me!

Answered all my questions and then liaised with a couple of post-sale items too. Very helpful and prompt delivery.

The LCE website is clear and easy to navigate which makes finding the item you want a straightforward task. The lens I ordered was very well packaged the delivery lightning quick.

Service & expertise are a given at LCE. The staff are knowledgeable & friendly.

I've used the Manchester &Newcastle outlet and both are great. Returned one item and was refunded immediately.

Russell at the Worcester store deserves a medal, we made an appointment as we needed expert advice on buying a new pair of Binoculars, it turned out that was not what we needed at all, we needed a Scope, and over 1.5hrs Russell introduced us to the world of Scopes.... we bought a Hawke 15-35x56 Frontier ED X Scope, plus a Hawke 8 x 42 Endurance ED Monocular, a Vanguard ALTA Pro 3VL Al video tripod and two Lowepro soft cases, and Russell did it all as a "Bundle Price" making it an even better deal. We are totally loving this new found "Vision" of nature, so a HUGE thanks to Russell for looking after us and finding a brilliant solution to our need. Sorry the review is late, we've been enjoying our purchases 😃!!

It was my first time going through a online purchasing with london camera exchange, I know about the company before hand as well as visiting the gloucester store.
They had in stock the item I was looking for and at a price very difficult to pass on when in comparison to others, therefore had to make the purchase that turned out to be a very pleasing experience when putting all factors like price, delivery and communication in mind.
