Good company that could do with a website update
Have used this company to buy and sell a few times and have not had any issues.
Although I think it's difficult to judge the quality of a purchase, as the ratings and descriptions are a bit hit and miss. Little consistency between the various outlets.
That said, my latest purchase of Fujifilm lens looks sound.

Such great service…
I first called the Derby store about a lens on the website. They were friendly, and informative.
A little while latter I decide to purchase the lens and when I spoke to them, I accepted I wouldn’t have it for the Saturday but the Monday which was after my shoot.
To my suprise, the lens arrived on DPD Saturday morning in outstanding condition and packaged well.
The level of great service was excellent from initial contact to delivery. Thank you
