Ordered a triple bunk bed and one of the boxes sent was in the wrong colour. Spoke to customer service who said they would contact the warehouse to send out the correct box and arrange collection of the wrong one in 2 days time. Nothing came on the Friday and the wrong box was eventually collected on the following Tuesday and no sign of our missing parts. Keep getting told it's been delivered NO IT HASNT! The delivery company did turn up Friday evening trying to deliver some different furniture for another customer down the road and when they looked at the delivery notes they had for our house was showing as missing. we now have 3 children sleeping on mattresses on the floor for the last week, paid for a bed that we only have part of and no resolution in sight and going round in circles. Incompetent at best.

Bed delivered on time, intact, took a while to put up, but is a lovely sturdy bed and my son loves it! Also when I had to contact kidsbedsonline they promptly and thoroughly answered my queries.

Great product. Although originally not in stock the shuttle white small double sleeper has lived up to expectations and my daughter loves it. The team were helpful all the way, although there were some communication mix ups, these things do happen. Would recommend.

The bed itself when assembled is a lovely sturdy bed I love it! But none of the stuff was labelled all the screws we’re mixed up which caused me to screw through a piece of wood, the instructions and the way the tools came were shocking that’s why I marked it down cause it’s a beautiful bed it should of took a maximum of about 1 and half 2 hours to build but took us about 5 with everything mixed up and not labelled.

Quick to address my delivery issue .

Purchased a Julian Bowen Stella Mid Sleeper.

Bed was dispatched within a few days of order, I chose the delivery date and it arrived on time, and a time window was sent in advance.

The bed itself took my husband about 3 hours to put together, but very easy, and it's very sturdy and well made. It looks great and my 4yr old loves it! The drawers work really well and we had absolutely no issues. I also got a mattress with it which I think for the price, is very good quality. Overall super happy with my kids bed!

Good experience. Journey from order till delivery it is very clear in process. Very much supportive. Got good response customer care. We bought Ecilpse Bunk Bed and output is as expected. Sliding door should have been bit stronger, length between bunk is sufficient for the small kid to sit and read.

Great service, delivery within advised timescales. (Actually within 5 days) Bed is fantastic quality and me and my husband were able to follow the instructions to build it. (Quite an achievement, if you knew my husband) thank you for a great service.

Eager and helpful to take your money . Delivery guys practically threw the 2 beds into my house . I had 5 problems with the bed I took photos and sent them to the company and they wouldn't even give me a discount . So because of that I sent 1 bed back due to it being worth £2.50 but I paid £370

They then charged me £60 for delivery ! So to and from my house £120 !! Spoke to the manager who clearly didn't want to speak to me and was up his own a.r.s.e. ... Had a snotty email from him 3 days ago .

Disregard the reply they will post to this because they have to justify their rubbish company . *****

Delivered on arranged date and time. Packed well, nothing broken or missing. Following the picture instructions step by step looked daunting but was very easy. Managed to put it up in a small area on my own.
The pull out sofa bed that goes under the high bed was well padded, stuffed and feels good quality. We are very happy with the price, quality and delivery of the product, thank you!

Excellent company. I had a nightmare with another bed company who failed to deliver a bed.

I rang this company to check the stock of the same item and they were really helpful, confirmed stock and set delivery expectations and even gave me a 5% off voucher.

Bed was delivered exactly when they said it would be.

Really wish I had researched more and used these guys from the start.
