Kia parts direct excellent for car parts

Kia parts direct has excellent communication and easy to deal with. Had to ring them about DHL courier delivery problem and they answered straight away. Parts arrived packed very well . Excellent company for car parts.👍

Very easy website to use…

Very easy website to use with detailed information & sketch to show the exact part being ordered.
Postage was expensive (over twice the cost of the item) considering the washer non return valve was so inexpensive and small (could have been posted in an envelope~ instead of using a courier service.)
And the courier service delivery was delayed by a day.
The ordering and receiving was extremely easy and I will use again (just hope delivery will not be as expensive)

Superb Service

Ordering was really easy from the well set out website.
The service I received was superb. The delivery charge was I thought very reasonable. I was kept informed with regards to expecting delivery and notified by the driver of the expected time of deliver ( One Hour slot ).

Easy to find part on website and by…

Easy to find part on website and by putting in my reg number helps to verify the correct part before ordering. Part arrive within a few days and I fitted with no problems. Only downside I have is that trying to phone the support number was impossible as kept getting ‘no one can take your call’. Very frustrating as I dislike leaving messages and email when trying to explain my question.

I contacted Kia direct regarding a part…

I contacted Kia direct regarding a part I needed for the bonnet of my car . They provided a very quick response and incredibly helpful . The only criticism I have is the postage cost more than the part . Still an excellent service and at least you know you are getting a genuine Kia part
