No product delivered 10 days after shipping. Avoid.

Same as previous reviewer.

Bought products for Kia PV5. Told me they shipped on 7th. 7 days later and no parcel because DHL simply do not have it and Fish Brothers won’t admit it.

I expect they are taking money, ordering from Kia whether they have the product or not and lying to the customer.

Parts Order

Parcel lost in transit (not their fault) filled out the contact form and they needed DHL to do a search of the depot.

Communication dropped off and took a bit of chasing, I think DHL may have not replied to them. But they did resolve and items have now been received and as described and now fitted to my car.

Great service and product.

Good website with exploded diagrams of parts, I liked the advice section as i wasn't sure which part I needed. This query was answered really quickly. Ordering was easy as was payment process.
If anything i would say it took a while (7days) from ordering to delivery but that maybe partly down to couriers.
Will use them again.

Still waiting for purchase to be…

Still waiting for purchase to be delivered, courier sent a message last week saying there had been a delay?? No idea what that was. That was the last contact I've had from seller or courier, not very good in my opinion.
