A friendly team, have used them for past few years for service parts and orders arrive very promptly. This time my parcel was lost by the carrier and their staff member took ownership and sent me a replacement order swiftly. Prices and range is great, recommended 5 stars!!

The part worked at long last
The part worked at long last
I was trying to make my boot light work and switched through a tonne of bulbs. Purchased a light housing via Kia parts direct and the replacement worked straight away. Lovely.

No product delivered 10 days after shipping. Avoid.
Same as previous reviewer.
Bought products for Kia PV5. Told me they shipped on 7th. 7 days later and no parcel because DHL simply do not have it and Fish Brothers won’t admit it.
I expect they are taking money, ordering from Kia whether they have the product or not and lying to the customer.

Parts Order
Parcel lost in transit (not their fault) filled out the contact form and they needed DHL to do a search of the depot.
Communication dropped off and took a bit of chasing, I think DHL may have not replied to them. But they did resolve and items have now been received and as described and now fitted to my car.

If anything i would say it took a while (7days) from ordering to delivery but that maybe partly down to couriers.
