Shambolic service
Shambolic service. I've had 3 failed deliveries and 3 items have all arrived separately. One still hasn't arrived 4 weeks after the original order. Jysk take forever to respond to complaints and emails and no-one seems to have a clue what's happening. They quote 'warehouse issues' repeatedly. Useless company. Won't use again,

Really it was a vert nice service, I ordered an office chair, Billum 3640403, 3649405 . The priduct arrived on time to the GLS Pakkeshop accordingly.
The manual to unbox and assemble the product was very clear and user friendly .

I buy from Jysk since it opened. The quality of products is outstanding and the products are well designed. Whenever I need something for my house I know that I can find it at a convenient price at Jysk. The staff is always helpful and when I make a reservation online the process of pick up is even more smooth and convenient. I never had a bad experience with Jysk!
