One of the delivered tables had a dented edge. My box mattress did not have any legs although in the original picture it had legs. This should have been cleared in the description of the product.

I went in to pick up a product on March 17 at JYSK Tårnby at around 17:00. When I went to reception the employee had no smile and almost looked disturbed/annoyed that I was asking her a question.
After being guided to the warehouse front door where I picked up my product, as I was going to the exit, I saw the same employee have such a welcoming bright smile and a positive attitude towards a Danish customer that just came in.
Perhaps it is because of my race and color, perhaps it is not, but my feedback would be to treat everyone the same despite their background.
Yet to receive my package after the stated delivery date no follow up or explanation for delay
I was there yesterday to buy a desk and a chair for my house. The service is very fast and all people I found were very gentle. I had to go in the bus station close there in order to come back with all packages and a guy, I don’t remember the name exactly it was like Kasper, helped me. Thank you guys

I bought a premium GOLD foam mattress with a 25-year warranty, but JYSK's guarantee is a total fraud. When the mattress sagged, their 'expert' inspection consisted of placing a spirit level on the BACK of the mattress, suspended in the air, with zero weight applied.
They claim it’s 'perfect' because the bottom is flat, while nobody is lying on it! Even their HQ Communications Director confirmed this ridiculous 'in-the-air' measurement as a global standard. Do not be fooled by the 'GOLD' label or the long warranty—it is impossible to claim it. Save your money and go elsewhere

Absolutely terrible experience with JYSK.
My order arrived incomplete, with several items missing. When I contacted customer service, they had no idea what was missing from the package — which is completely unacceptable. The only reason this was resolved at all is because my wife had taken a photo with the delivery driver. I had to provide proof myself just so they could figure out their own mistake. This unnecessary back-and-forth delayed everything by an entire week.
Then came the sofa bed — and that was an even bigger disaster. Right out of the box, the lounge section was cracked. On top of that, the back support holes didn’t even align with the screw holes, making assembly impossible. This clearly points to poor quality control and manufacturing defects.
As a result, I wasted 8–10 hours assembling and then disassembling a completely defective product. Now I’m expected to repeat the entire process again when (and if) the replacement arrives. On top of that, I’ve spent even more time chasing customer service to fix issues that should never have happened in the first place.
Overall, this has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and completely avoidable experience. Extremely poor product quality, lack of basic coordination, and a customer service process that puts the burden on the customer.
Not what you expect from a brand like JYSK — and definitely not something I would recommend .

I had a really great experience at JYSK. I had just moved into a new place and needed curtains. We actually arrived about five minutes before closing and were almost running from the car, but the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
They reassured us not to worry about the time and patiently helped us find what we needed. They were also very solution-oriented when we needed more pieces than they had in stock — they immediately offered to order the additional items for us and handled everything right there in the store.
The service was genuinely friendly and professional, and the curtains are now hanging beautifully in my new home. Thank you for the great attitude and service-minded team at JYSK! 🤩

I bought a bed from jysk frederikshavn last february 25,2026. I was clearly told at the time of purchase that the bed would be delivered on saturday february 28,2026 between 12 to 6pm. No delivery arrived.
On sunday i went to the store and ask what had happened. A cashier named Lasse told me that the bed would be delivered monday march 2,2026, and that would call in me in the morning. I waited the entire day, but no calls, no message, and no delivery.
I went to the store again. Another cashier called the main jysk customer service, and the lady said from the customer service that the bed had supposedly been delivered the previous saturday but returned because no one was home. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! I was at home all day waiting, no delivery, and no one contacted me in any way, despite promises that i would recieve a call or message before delivery.
I have a job and other responsibilities. I cannot waste entire days waiting for a delivery that never comes, especially when your staff provides false information.
I am extremely disappointed with level of service. Being misinformed repeatedly.
