I have placed many order with JomaShop. Authentic fragrances, at really good prices, excellent customer service. A++ online shop!

Ordered a watch 2 months ago and it arrived a month ago. The watch was damaged, and I immediately contacted Jomashop. I got a reply to upload some pictures which I did immediately. Ever since I had no reply from them anymore despite having contacted them multiple times. Buyer beware.

I’ve purchased probably over 30 different colognes from the Jomashop website and the app. Every single one of them didn’t disappoint me and kept me actively interested in buying others. Their colognes analytics are very accurate when describing a cologne and don’t miss any notes. They are very trustworthy and there prices have always been affordable unlike other major retailers. I tell you this, if you are considering purchasing something from Jomashop, do not hesitate and buy the item. It’s worth every dollar!

I bought my husband 2 very expensive designer perfumes at almost half their regular price. I was worried about them not getting on time for our anniversary, but they arrived super fast.
I’ve been looking at all their merchandise and they have excellent labels at great prices. Great website!

I have bought so many items from these guys…I have had very few issues and if there was one it was handled quickly . Prices are great , quality is better and overall just a great experience

I wanted to modify my order, but they said it wasn't possible, or only if I canceled it. So I canceled it and placed another order, but now I have a big problem: they haven't given me my refund. It's been 15 days, and it's $589.73. I called them, and they said the refund had already been processed. I contacted my bank, and they said Jomashop hasn't issued any refund. Now I'm waiting to see if I'll get my money back or if I'll lose everything for trusting Jomashop. So, if you're thinking of canceling your order, think twice, because the same thing could happen to you.

Great prices and huge collection of Designer and Niche perfumes. I like that they describe the notes as well as pictorially show the notes.
