This shop is a scam. They sent us an empty bottle of cologne with scratch marks all over it and then when we complained they claimed that it’s impossible and they won’t provide a refund. Shady place with shady business practices. Stay away.

The cologne arrived completely sealed but upon opening the bottle was a complete mess and damaged and EMPTY. There was nothing in it! When contacted they said "not possible, oh well." Complete scam!
I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Beautyhouse. I ordered Rayhaan Tonquin Giza but received the wrong item (Rayhaan Aquatica).
The company initially responded and provided a return label, and I returned the item promptly. Tracking confirms it was delivered back to them on March 30, 2026.
Since then, I have received no response, no refund, and have been unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts
As a first-time customer, this experience showed a lack of accountability and customer service. I’ve now had to escalate the issue through my credit card company.
I cannot recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

Have had issues
They're fine in general, but DO NOT try to buy Dior Homme Original from them. They don't differentiate the SKUs of Original and the 2020 Dior Homme; they literally list both SKUs on the packing slip for that line item. One time I did get the correct version, but 3 other bottles since have been Dior Homme 2020..
I opened the first incorrect bottle I received before realizing this, and ate the cost. I was then assured after numerous emails with Austin, from customer service, that I would receive the correct version if I re-ordered. Well, now I'm dealing with returning the 2 bottles of Dior Homme 2020 that I received in error.
It's worth noting that beyond the waste of time, you have to pay for returns; whether by purchasing the return / shipping insurance option with your order, or by just having to pay for the shipping if you don't get that.

Product came fast and good prices but...they sent the wrong fragrance. I reached out to customer service and i had to provide mutile pictures and they sent a return label. The fragrance was sent out within a couple of days. This was in November of 2025 and it is currently March of 2026 and I'm still waiting for the refund. Just sent them another email so we'll see where this leads.
100% Authentic & Fast Shipping
Warm and spicy vanilla, and quite sensual!
Order arrived 8 days after confirmation and package was neat and secure. I usually don't open these sort of things at the office but I was so anxious, I had to! The smell was so warm and sensual... I'm getting a creamy vanilla but not too sweet, there's a nice warmth to this one...very much like my Libre fragrance! I've not been able to stop wearing it since! Definitely pleased with this purchase!

Damaged Bottle, Poor Handling, and Security Concern
I ordered four fragrances and three arrived perfectly fine, but one bottle came partially empty with heavy leakage inside the box. There was dried residue around the atomizer and neck, and it honestly didn’t look like fresh shipping damage. It seemed like the bottle may have already been compromised before it was sent out.
I contacted customer service and provided clear photos. I was first told they couldn’t take responsibility because I didn’t pay for shipping insurance, even though this was clearly not a delivery accident. Later, they said they submitted a request to UPS, but more than a week has passed and no one has contacted me, and there is still no real resolution.
While they were asking me to submit additional details, I received an email at the same time asking me to click on a Microsoft link. I assumed it was part of their process and clicked it, but it did not work. The next day, they sent another email saying their account had been compromised and scam emails had been sent. By then, the damage was already done. The timing was extremely concerning and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.
What’s most disappointing is that no ownership has been taken for any of these issues, not the damaged product, not the delay, and not the security concern. I simply wanted accountability and a fair resolution.

Was sent the completely wrong fragrance, which was OPEN btw, and instead they decided to only refund the difference in what I paid between the two fragrances and told me I’m stuck with the one I have because it is open. I never opened this package, I never wanted this package, and this company refuses to own up to their obvious mistakes.
You are rolling the dice with this company. Tread lightly.

I ordered three cologne’s from them. They stated it shipped but the package was never scanned. The package never came and tried to request a refund. They left it in a queue waiting to ship so I couldn’t request the refund. Contacted them multiple times and tried and tried even gave a few more days to try to give them the benefit of an error, still nothing then all of the sudden my order disappeared so no way of getting my money back. I had to actually go through my bank to attempt a refund. Their customer service is laughable and blame others for their issues. Then they closed the order to stop a refund being possible seems like an awful business model. When going through the process I asked how we could make the issue right maybe ship the three items individually and they said said there sold out yet clearly had the items to sell individually which they could have done and I’d been fine with that nope they wouldn’t, just said it’s sold out to leave you drifting in the wind with no way to get the product or my money. Just be mindful or buy directly from the company or Jombashop which has better customer service. I understand I’m one person. I may be one of the few that had a bad experience, but if I were an company trying to make a bad situation right should be the business model to go by not close a sale to make it impossible to get your money back. It’s sad because I’ve made five purchases there with no issue then make a larger purchase and it’s well we did our part ups made the error. Oh and they said they emailed a link for refund that doesn’t allow you to finish the process, it states unable to complete process contact customer service which then nothing order was closed.

Horrible customer service. Item never got delivered to my location due and they wouldn't refund my shipping. Leaky bottles got delivered after that and they offered a coupon off my next order. Never again. Go elsewhere.

The sale prices are generally higher than their major competitors. I messaged them regarding a price match and they said no, then on top of the higher price point then they hit you with a high tax rate. Prices should be reduced by the tax rate and then start promotions at that point…On a positive point shipping was on point and arrived fairly quickly.

Something has gone wrong with all 3 packages I’ve ordered from here at separate times, first one arrived broken , second one literally stopped in transit over a week ago and the 3rd looks to be lost as well. Absolutely ridiculous, I have never once rerouted a package to a ups pickup point and have it stuck in pending indefinitely, ever, then I called ups and they said my package was requested to be returned to sender ! My mistake for giving this company my money and the benefit of the doubt. Will never , ever tell anyone to shop here or ever shop again , I will go out of my way to make sure everyone I can tell about how terrible my experience was with this company knows. Customer service will blame you and not help you at all. I have my packages redirected to an ups access point to stop theft from happening and this is the ONLY company that my packages have never made it to that ups point in either one piece or at all. Absolutely disgusted
