We flew to Heathrow from Turkey with my cat and cannot fault a single thing. My experience with James Cargo was brilliant.

Rachel and the team at James Cargo Services were outstanding in seamlessly relocating our cat from England to the UAE, in the August heat no less. From the first contact, Rachel replied to all of my emails and queries promptly. The process was clear, communication was top notch, and everything was organized door-to-door: from collecting our cat, bringing him to the boarding facility where he stayed for a few days before the flight, organizing the final veterinary checks, delivering our cat from the boarding facility to the airport, keeping me posted on our cat's wellbeing and travel, and organizing the receiving agency on the Dubai end of things to collect the cat from the airport and deliver him to us in our new home. Relocating overseas is a complicated process and James Cargo took the stress out of the pet-relocation part of our move. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend JCS Livestock any more highly.

The whole process was managed perfectly from start to finish and required very little time or worry from myself.

They coordinated a door to door delivery of my Vizsla from the UK to Kenya including dealing with a Kenyan import company on my behalf.

On the night of his original flight my dogs flight was cancelled by Kenya Airways at 00:50 local time. Rachel showed a great amount of professionalism and compassion by staying up late and ensuring the dog was unloaded and safely homed for the night and got him booked onto the next flight!

Amazing! Thank you for getting our girl back to us safely! We moved to Calgary last year but had to move back home last week. She is so nervous so we were so worried but there was constant communication. We are all back home and happy. Again thank you for making everything seamless! 100% recommend!

James handle entry to the UK for my 2 cats coming from Norway. The service was very efficient with a friendly and personal touch, with excellent communication through the process. Highly recommended.

Our experience with this company was fantastic - they helped with relocating my childhood cat (Croutons) from Singapore to the UK and they took such good care of her, kept us in the loop at all times and made sure she arrived safe and sound. JCS was absolutely incredible in terms of managing the whole process. They knew exactly what was needed and did a thorough pre-check to ensure the process was as smooth as possible and my puppy was cleared in just a couple of hours. Exception work

James Cargo took great care of Muffin.
I had to switch the pet handling company last minute on Friday, and James Cargo responded incredibly fast and I was able to book their service in less than a couple of hours.
They provided me with constant updates about my pet, and everything went smoothly. She was held at the airport for a couple of hours, but I received pictures which helped ease my anxiety a lot.
They also brought her directly to my home in a timely fashion once she was released from customs.
I am really happy with the service they offered

My dog , Labrador Retriever Grant traveled from Atlanta , Georgia , USA to Heathrow on a 9 hours flight. He arrived at 1140am . We were informed of his arrival by JCS and that we were NOT to go to the Animal Air Care Centre, until they notified us that Grant was ready for collection as it would take possibly 1-2 hours to get from the aircraft to arrive at the centre !!!!. We were then told it would take up to 4 - 6 hours to clear him !!!!!. We received no further communication at all. We were waiting to hear of Grants progress but still no notification at all from JCS so we drove to the centre arriving at approximately 5.50pm nearly 6 hours after Grant had arrived !!!!. We then contacted JCS at 6.04pm to say we were at the centre and what was happening only to get a reply of There is a parking Section Opposite , really we were already parked in it !!!! We asked again at 6.23pm what was happening as we had over a 3 hour journey to make to which there was no reply. By this time we were totally frustrated, annoyed and getting extremely angry with the inept attitude of JCS so we decided to enter the centre ourselves to inquire what was going on. We were met by a very helpful young man who informed us that we should had been told to sign in and that Grant was ready to go home and had been ready for some length of time. They stated that they had not heard from the agent from JCS !!! We eventually were given Grant at 7.15pm who was totally stressed out by the experience . This is NOT how we expected our dog to have been treated and the blase inept attitude of JCS was beyond belief. If a service is paid for we expect it to be done but obviously NOT in our case. If you are sending a LIVE animal at all we strongly recommend that you DO NOT use JCS but locate a more reliable reputable company. The only blessing is that we care about Grant and that he is still alive and now at home with no thanks to JCS. !!!

Brilliant from start to finish. My 3 dogs arrived and were clean, happy and not stressed. Would 100% recommend

Charlie was absolutely brilliant. What seems like a very stressful and exhausting experience he made smooth sailing. Great communication. Flying our cat and dog to Canada aside from vet appointments, they took care of everything. It really was stress free, I couldn't recommend more!

Massive, massive thank you to Rachel and the team at James Cargo services. Our Molly the labradoodle dog moved from the UK to Doha. Rachel made the experience easy, simple and smooth. She was attentive, answered all our questions quickly and guided us every step of the way. Even had a couple changes during the process and they handled it with ease and professionalism. I think John ( ex police dog handler) who picked our dog from northeast was superb, our molly is very anxious dog but he managed her with ease, very kind attentive person.
Price wise very competitive.
Their connection in Doha cleared my dog through customs smoothly and kept me informed through every step.

I thought I would be waiting forever for my dog once landing at Heathrow, but time flew by! When I called JCS for an update, it was right then that I got an email that my dog was ready to go. Absolutely amazing and made the process a lot easier.

Very competent and professional people. Charlie made the whole process run very smoothly. Rachel didn't even forget the funnel for our dog King's water supply.
