Amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing, amazing.

I got engaged in November 2022, and that same weekend reached out to IH about getting my wedding dress made by them. I was given lots of info and details, but didn’t commit to anything at the time.

Fast forward several months, and I was in their Dundee studio talking styles, materials, budgets and visions for my wedding dress. I was put completely at ease by the team, and we came up with some really exciting ideas.

After months of fittings, trials, emails and material swatches, not only did IH make my INCREDIBLE wedding dress but also groomsmen waistcoats, a jacket for the groom, and a wee bandana for our dog, all in matching rose and gold sequins.

The studio was honest about problems, set backs, and mistakes, which made trusting them a breeze. I was kept informed at all times, and ultimately I could not have looked and felt more superb on my wedding day.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being such a fabulous team of women, and for being so wildly talented at what you do. Every bride should come to you for their wedding outfit!

I ordered an IH dress after trying on a piece at a wedding show earlier this year and was so excited to wear it for my hen. I even considered getting a wedding dress made, but am now very glad I didn't hand something so important over to this company. A month before my order was due to be sent, I received an email asking for confirmation of the address to post to - so I presumed that all was in hand. When the dress had not arrived a week before I was due to wear it, I emailed the company and was told that they were on a workshop break and would send it when they were back. This was already cutting it quite fine, so when it had not appeared 2 days before I was due to travel I emailed to ask for a tracking ID. It then transpired that the dress, that I had ordered in May, had never been made and could not be made until the following week at the earliest (after the hen) because of staff shortages/sickness. Samantha did offer to send another dress on loan and send out the original dress once it was made, but the dresses offered were not the same and I could not guarantee they would make it to me before I left. We agreed that I would have a refund instead, but three weeks later I am still £280 out of pocket at a time where money is more important than ever (I get married in a month). It is incredibly frustrating because this is a brand that seemingly prides itself on making people happy and celebrating being different in its many daily posts on social media. My customer experience has been so poor that I do not feel I could recommend them to anyone else or attempt to buy from IH again.

Bought 2 items (ombré carnival midi dress and Daisy tulle T-shirt dress) so far and both have been perfect. Looking forward to adding to my IH collection.

Megan, who took on creating the dress, took the time to understand the vision and worked closely with me to bring it to life. The result was a stunning wedding dress that fit me perfectly and exceeded all my expectations. She went above and beyond and I was so impressed by her professionalism, creativity, and ability to translate my ideas into reality. The bag I bought was excellent quality, but the communication with me was lacking. On purchase, the page said I could pick up in about a week. After 2 weeks I emailed to ask about the order, and got no reply. After 3 weeks I emailed again - no reply. I then messaged on FB and was told it was with with someone working and couldn't be picked up from the business because they were closing for a week, so it was posted to me. The item was originally purchased as a gift for someone to take to 2 festivals, but both these dates were missed. I don't want to give a bad review because the bag itself is great, however the communication with me was non existent until I chased up far more than I should have had to.

Lovely dress, so well made and really pretty. The team are fab, managed to get it sent out quicker than expected so I could wear it for an event! So happy!

I've got a few Isolated Heros items dresses, a bag and a jacket and I love them all (liquid gold is my fave i think but hard to choose).
I bought a dress last week and Sam made sure I got it on time for a festival I had coming up with just a couple of days notice. There customer service is amazing.

When you buy something from there your buying a statement piece that will never grow old in your wardrobe. Also bonus points for being a local business run by women.

Sam and the Isolated Team were amazing today with my daughter, who came to make her customised denim jacket.
She learned so many new skills and became quite confident by the end using the sewing machine. This was all thanks to Sam and her caring and supportive nature🥰

As soon as I found Isolated Heroes I just fell in love with everything! I had an award ceremony to go to so I thought I would have a custom dress made and oh my gosh… it is sublime! The perfect fit and the material is to die for. I have bought another dress recently and can’t wait to show it off. Everything about the service is fantastic and you know everyone is working so hard behind the scenes to produce such utter quality fashion! Definitely get a something for your wardrobe it will be with you forever! 🩷🩷🩷

I bought the rainbow carnival dress and omg it’s the most amazing dress I have ever put on my body 🌈 it’s sooooo sparkly and beautiful 😍 I wore it to the Lizzo concert and I got soooo many compliments🩷 also the team at IH are super helpful and reply to messages so fast. I absolutely love isolated hero’s clothing and have bought various things over the last 3 years - I particularly love the tulle fabric and have purchased a few from different ranges. Most recently I purchased the pink celestial star t shirt dress. Customer service was great and was always made aware of progress with my order. I wore this to a concert paired with a pink vest dress underneath and it was gorgeous on !n I had so many compliments and recommended isolated hero’s to those who asked. I am also aware that they did not hve my size but sam was able to accommodate and make me one in my size. I just wish I had a bigger bank balance to buy it all as there are so many amazing items. I don’t have a negative point to make as my experience has always been above and beyond and I can’t wait for my next buy 😃😃😃 Keep doing what your doing guys 🥰

I’ve ordered a few items from Isolated Heroes. All products have been well made and quickly shipped. The team are fantastic and have even made alterations for me when requested, such as raising the hemline(I’m short!). The products are beautiful-I always get compliments when I wear them!
I have recently ordered a custom design dress and the team have been fab from the start, from the design meeting to regular updates.

Preordered a dress, had to cancel the order later and despite being immediately promised a refund via email it never arrived. Several weeks of emailing and being completely ignored later I ended up raising a PayPal claim, which was also ignored by isolated heroes, until eventually PayPal closed the case and refunded me. Shame as the clothes look great but I would never order again.

I recently ordered a custom sequin biker jacket from Isolated Heroes for my upcoming wedding day and I honestly could not be happier with the result! 💖
The whole design process was amazing throughout and really made me feel like my design was so unique to me for my special day!
I attended an online design consultation to choose my sequin fabric and I went for the carnival pink sequin which is soooo beautiful! Only last week I emailed the design team to see if I could add additional fringing which was no problem at all.
Samantha also suggested that I should have the patches detachable which were then pinned on. This was such a good idea because it means I can wear the jacket again and again for years to come! 🙌🏻

Samantha has been amazing throughout the whole process and I cannot wait to wear this on my wedding day! I just know I will get so many compliments and it’s an item that I can keep forever. Thank you all so much! I love the Sequin Squad!

I've been looking at the dresses this company makes for ages. My husband offered ti buy me a sweater for my bday so I can check out the quality, service etc before spending quite a lot on an actual dress. Firstly, the delivery time given was 10 days, it took over a month to arrive and that was after chasing it up numerous times, most messages being ignored. Secondly the quality was awful. For a jumper costing £80, I wouldn't have expected such a thin cheap looking item. Also there were sequins falling off and the heart motif had a very obvious chuck missing. The item was returned and after numerous chaser messages a refund was given
This process took over 2 months. It's a shame as I try and support small businesses but when the quality and service is lacking it makes it difficult to want to use them agajn

I have followed isolated heroes for years but have only started ordering from them this year. I have placed 3 orders this year and have never faulted the quality or customer service. The best thing about isolated heroes is the way their items make you feel. I feel so confident in my post baby body which I was struggling with. Proud to be a member of isolated heroes sequin squad and will be ordering again soon.
