We pre-ordered a CD online
We pre-ordered a CD online. We always use hmv when pre-ordering. It was.very easy to do. Royal mail then let us know when they had the package and when they'd be delivering it. We received it the day it came out in early morning. It was the new Olivia Rodrigo album - brilliant album! We chose the hmv exclusive which came with a free poster - only problem is the poster is printed on the back of the lyrics rendering it useless - you have to choose between the lyrics or the poster..But service was great!

The staff are EXREMELY helpful friendly and efficient. The shelves are well stocked and if they havent got what I want they can get it for me.

Stitch Fan
Ordered Stitch keyrings. They were fine. The stitch fan was obviously preowned. Scratches on base and an eye scratched. Disappointed.
