Another Great Experience at Kingston
The team I spoke to we’re very friendly, when I was browsing vinyl I was approached by very friendly member of staff who asked if I wanted any help I explained I was enjoying myself looking through the vinyl, and I was left alone, which was much appreciated.
I was given a card with one of the sales assistance name on it. Unfortunately I lost it l, which is a shame that I can’t name the very helpful and friendly staff member.

Nige , Took time out to See when the cds i had enquired about were to be released. Turns out it was over 2 months ago.But Store hadn't received any of the 2 cds .Promptly Ordered. When receipt machine chewed receipt. Nige sort out Lee.Who came and Sorted all out for me .Usual 5 star service. No panic just very Efficient.

professional and helpful staff at both the liverpool store and at the chester store. i had a problem with a vinyl record and they took extra time to make sure i got the best service. will definately use hmv again.
