no communication about when my order is ready to collect, it’s been dispatched for over a week with no update. no one has been answering the phone when i’ve called.

Ordered an LP online
Ordered an LP online - click and collect in shop. Cover torn on top and bent at the bottom, but I had broken the seal before I realised, so unable to return. £50 wasted.

HMV helped me get hard to find DVDs
The DVDs arrived earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise and all the discs were in great condition. The cashier who served me was very friendly and helpful in finding what I was looking for. Overall, it was a positive experience!

Staff are always helpful in my local branch (Meadowhall)
The only issue is sometimes web site says item is in-store when it isn't.

Good selection of rock/metal vinyls
Honestly nice to be able to go into store to browse records for new prints there very reasonable prices and especially if you can find what you want on the 3 for £66
