Purchased a vinyl on the website and delivered to store. Really easy system to use and the communication was great. The store in Meadowhall is brilliant, vinyl came well packaged. Really happy with the service and product and will most definitely be using HMV for my vinyl records.

Me and my friend went in looking for a…
Me and my friend went in looking for a Nelly cd and asked a member of staff politely a man with a fizzy blonde head and a tatty beard who wore glasses and he was rude instantly of the bat he looked through the N section of artist and said to me and my friend we don’t sell music like that’s because he’s irrelevant and old maybe if he’d done something recently he’d be here but no on really cares about him it was a bit hash and he was all together rude when we asked for another artist, it even seemed to go so far he had personal vendetta against the artist Nelly his attitude was just rude and unprofessional and left me and my friend leave the store quite unsatisfied and felling a bit offended usually we have a lovely experience but today was unfortunately not the case beware this man

Went in store at Meadowhall and it brought back memories of 90s HMV so the in store experience was lovely. The item I wanted wasn't in stock but the store manager was really knowledgeable and helpful and helpful ordered the item to be sent to me. This whole process felt really joined up and it arrived quickly

Meadowhall staff are tremendous
Easy to navigate site. Excellent selection of products at fair prices. Love the click and collect option. The Meadowhall staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.
