Great for ordering products to collect from store and helpful staff
I prefer to order what I can from HMV rather than using the likes of Amazon. Never had any issues with ordering to collect from the Liverpool store and the staff are always extremely helpful.

Needed help in store to purchase online - both members of staff I spoke to in the Dundee store were very helpful.
Good communication regarding order and updates by email. Item arrived promptly and pick up was seamless.
All in all a very quick and easy purchase

Your customer service when I could not find joanna shaw taylor because they had moved her class of music around the store.
I wish we could have one backing Aston. Under line, so we didn't have to go to stockport or Manchester, to get what I want.

Taken my money and haven't received my order.…
I got a notification that my online order had been dispatched for click and collect. A week later and still no notification that it is ready to be collected. Sent a message on the help centre and had the usual we've received your query, but nothing else. Tried phoning the store to chase it, it's a charge number and there was no answer.
Out of pocket by nearly £200, I'm fuming!

I went to hmv
I went to hmv. Bradford purchased 3 c d s. I was told on the day my music would arrive to my home address within 24. Hours. So in short my first cd. Arrived 3 days after purchase numbers 2 and 3. Turned up the Monday so 6 days in total but happy with the music. I hope the feedback 🙏 is useful thankyou regards Andy gale
