Still have not received the Olivia…
Still have not received the Olivia Rodrigo vinyl I bought for my daughter. I am very disappointed, but not nearly as much as she is. No communication from store or Royal Mail. When complained was told to wait 14 DAYS! Would not recommend.

Overall the experience was a good one
Overall the experience with HMV was a positive one. Ordering, emails when it was available and delivery were great. My only gripe was between ordering and it being available there was no information on delivery schedule. Would order again from HMV

In store order
I went in store in High Wycombe and ordered the cd for my partner and HMV sent me emails to keep me informed with the progress of my order and to let me know it was in store to pick up ,all the staff members are helpful and friendly and the main reason for the stores to remain open

Well packaged
Well packaged. Main issue was I was notified on Sunday evening it was being dispatched . Turn out it was dispatched the next evening so would no be in the postal system until Tuesday morning. Finally arrived on the Friday. Send notification on Monday evening.

Great for ordering products to collect from store and helpful staff
I prefer to order what I can from HMV rather than using the likes of Amazon. Never had any issues with ordering to collect from the Liverpool store and the staff are always extremely helpful.
