Super fast delivery, made cutting my 2.5 m hedge much easier, and much safer. Really easy to get ladder level on uneven ground. Not cheap, but I was at the point of paying someone to do it for me. Two cuts and it’s paid for itself.

I am nearly eighty years of age and normal ladders were becoming a no-no for me so I ordered a Henchman ladder and have to say I am over the moon with it. The stability, width and top standing platform it provides are brilliant and make for a really safe ladder environment. Many thanks for a superb product.

the ladder was left outside my house because we were not in on that day. I had emailed asking not to deliver on that particular day but it still arrived.
It was very quick delivery after ordering and arrived in good condition.

Gloves are very good and comfortable. Fit is good but only because I ordered a size too big, after reading comments from other reviewers about how small they are.

Great service from start to finish, I ordered the wrong size ladder, and spoke to somebody from henchman who couldn’t have been more friendly , and organised pick up and the delivery of the new ladder. And quickly refunded the difference into my bank. If only other companies were the same at costumer service.

5 stars for the product. Wish we had bought them years ago. Finally able to safely cut our hedge that is on very uneven ground. Shame about the delivery service, which needs improving. House number was omitted from the delivery paperwork, so freight forwarder had several attempts over multiple days to deliver product, despite the house number being clearly visible on the original order. Product is excellent though, so still giving Henchman 5 stars for a fantastic set of ladders 🙂

Excellent customer service. We lost a small part of the ladder the first time we used it. I emailed to buy a replacement but Henchman promptly posted out a replacement the very next day free of charge!
