The ladder is great but delivery took too long
The ladder is extremely good - in our hilly terrain it provides a secure footing which makes harvesting fruit easy and a pleasure. Less good was the order process - I placed an order on 29 March, the ladder was only shipped 9 days later on 7 April, and I received it only on 30 April. This means it took one month and one day from when I ordered it.

The rungs are comfortably wide and allow for secure side-walk positions. The platform is wide and allows for a full range of movement without tipping.

We wrote to the company because the ladder didn’t arrive on the scheduled date, and we received a response the very same day with a new delivery date. The communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. I’ve used the ladder several times now, and its stability, quality, and functionality are simply amazing. I’m very, very satisfied.

Fast delivery of a well-designed product
Delivery to SW Germany within 48 hours of ordering: arrived in good condition due to careful packing: easy to set up and surprisingly easy to carry due to good balance despite weighing 16.5 kg. Very stable in use: the wide footprint makes it possible to reach outwards safely. Very good value when compared to the cost of hiring contractors for high-level work.

One of the legs of the ladder was…
One of the legs of the ladder was damaged and bent. I’m not sure whether this was due to poor packaging or the carrier’s handling, but in either case, if it was caused during transport and considering the shipping costs, the packaging might need to be improved. This is an €800 ladder, and receiving it already dented is quite disappointing.
