Great ladders. Quick delivery

I was very pleased to receive my garden ladder which eventually arrived following its tour around Somerset. It was very well packed and arrived in good condition the only thing that was damaged was one of the rubber foot covers had a little tear which could spread if I was to try to remove it.

Ladder arrived promptly. Delivery instructions were observed. One end cap was missing but was forwarded in a couple of days.
Looks to be a high quality item.

I bought the 3m pro tripod for professional use, having not used adjustable tripods before. They are expensive but very happy with stability, ajustableity . They aren't to heavy either moving about and loading on my roof rack.
Should of bought these 5 years ago dont know how I managed before without them. I literally feel 10x safer .thanks

Was able to go to nearby showroom and try it out as it is quite an expense for a ladder Having got it and used it I wish I had bought one years ago It is excellent just like walking up a staircase so stable The three adjustable legs means I can get up close in very tight spots and feel so secure without anyone holding the ladder

I ordered an adjustable tripod ladder using the suggestions in the table on the website which although accurate the height was on the cusp of being easily usable, so I requested to exchange for the next size up. This was easy to arrange and arrived soon, with a collection of the first ladder the following week. I am pleased with the product and now need to adapt how I work at height with them.

Product good, DX delivery service not so

This is my second purchase from Henchman. The tools they sell are of very good quality, and delivery is fast, i have been cutting hedges in my business for over thirty years, and now i use their lifting harness; it's a game changer i wish i had used one years ago.

My hrandson who uses the 10ft. Henchman finds it very stable and secure. His only critocism is that feet can slip thrpugh the rings. 9 out of 10

I bought the henchman easy lift - A great tool to help when cutting a hedge. Fairly straightforward to set up, albeit a little fiddly with having to undo nurs & bolts but nothing too hard. I like the ability to store this with the hinge pin removed saving space in my garage.

The lift takes the weight of the hedge trimmer, saving my shoulders. The only negative so far is the tool loop used to attach to the hedge trimmer. It's not long enough for my stihl cordless hedge trimmer. The only way to use the loop is to loop it through the main handle which also has the safety switch, so this means the safety switch is always on. To over come this, I'm going to make my own longer loop so that it goes round the body of the trimmer.

From start to finish the service and the process has been second to none absolutely amazing the ladder is already proven to be the best thing I have bought this year thank you henchman great job 👏

Good delivery excellent sturdy ladder

I know other people have stated that they wished they had made the purchase sooner, I can only add to the list.
Last year I fell off of a standard step ladder and managed to fracture my ribs, not a thing I want to repeat.
After looking at the options the henchmen seemed a good choice, am I glad I did, yes.
The ladder I purchased is the 8ft version and when you stand on any level of it it's like standing on a platform.
I would recommend to family and friends.

Should have bought one years ago. High hedge and tree pruning was so much quicker and easier in this super easy to use, stable platform.

No notification of delivery day / time. Delivered in perfect condition and very well wrapped. The ladder is superb. Stability on a bumpy surface gives a much needed confidence to the user. Hope to see many years good service.

Super fast delivery, made cutting my 2.5 m hedge much easier, and much safer. Really easy to get ladder level on uneven ground. Not cheap, but I was at the point of paying someone to do it for me. Two cuts and it’s paid for itself.
