from the start it was straight forward, ordering online, the delivery- I got updates on each move they sent me a day and delivery a lot. They rang me half an hour before which was good. They were really nice, they delivered it with care.
The bed is gorgeous very sturdy, the colour and quality is amazing. Will definitely order again

The bed we got is absolutely gorgeous
The bed we got is absolutely gorgeous, amazing quality, beautifully crafted - and 100% what I had in mind when ordering - if not better. If I was to rate the bed itself, would definitely be five stars.
Delivery timescales is the only reason I took a star off - which is to do with the courier - however, slightly more communication when delays were happening would’ve been appreciated. I will say now the bed has arrived, it has been worth the wait though.

Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Heavenly Beds!
We paid for express delivery and our bed arrived within just 3 days, which was brilliant. The quality of the bed seems great so far and everything was packaged really well.
The team were also really helpful before we ordered, helping us double check that the bed would fit up our stairs and into our room, which gave us peace of mind.
The customer service has been amazing from start to finish. We got a bit stuck while putting the bed together and they called us straight away and talked us through it over the phone until we got it sorted.
It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and we’ll be back for our guest room beds too. We would definitely recommend. Thank you so much! ☺️🙌🏽

This company I have approached 4 times in the last year. My purchases have been of amazing quality and the deliveries and assembling have been so quick.
I made an order yesterday and made a mistake with the headboard height. I sent an email to adjust the order and customer got back to me within half an hour. The adjustment was made and I received an email confirmation. They did not charge me extra. I feel so blessed and will always buy my beds and ottomans for my family from Heavenly Beds in the future. I definitely recommend this company.
