This is the second bed I’ve bought from this company. I first found them on eBay and was so happy with my first bed that when I needed a new one for my new loft extension, I went straight back to them.

I contacted them and asked for a bed with a custom headboard size, and they sorted it with no hassle. Later I ordered a matching ottoman too. Their service was completely outstanding – they really went overboard to make sure everything was perfect.

Delivery was super fast, literally 3-4 days max. They delivered, built the bed, and when the ottoman arrived a few days later it was a perfect custom match to the bed.

I’m really, really pleased. Can’t recommend them enough. If you want great quality and service that actually cares about getting it right, this is the company to use. An outstanding company!

Upon contacting HD Beds their help & guidance was instant & they was very responsive throughout my purchase. They answered every query i had with great detail. They sent me images & videos to help me make the right choice in choosing the right colour for me. I choose a bespoke measurement of headboard for my room which fits perfectly. The overall quality of the bed is excellent & I'm so pleased with the result. The delivery guys were great too. They contacted us to inform us what time they would be with us. They were very professional & polite. I would definitely recommend HD Beds as I am very impressed with their overall service.

Was told what day and time of delivery. Rang me 40 mins from where they were, to inform me. Came and fitted bed together, took half hour. Great job and price. Would defo recommend HD Beds to anyone. Pic of bed does not do it justice.

My partner ordered a super king ottoman bed from this company. I was the one that had to assemble it. I could immediately tell from the weight of the packaged parts that high quality materials had been used. I am a tradesman and I can honestly say that the build quality and materials used are superior to any other bed I’ve personally had (age 48). After assembly which was relatively simple, the bed is extremely sturdy and does not move “at all” which again is a first for me. According to my partner, communication with the company has been good and delivery time was met. She is delighted with the product. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a similar item.

The customer service has been amazing with the whole journey, from Rash, with myself asking lots of questions before ordering, being kept posted on delivery date and times, to sending across videos of the instructions to put the bed together late on a Saturday night!

I had done a lot of on line research and spoken to other bed suppliers(bad) before coming across HD Beds. Before ordering, they answered all my many questions quickly and informatively via WA. I ordered the tulip sleigh bed with storage and a ottoman storage box on a Friday and it was delivered and assembled on the following Tuesday. It is a high quality sturdy product with a luxurious feel, just what I was looking for.

The delivery guys were respectful in my home and assembled the bed for me . They also called as requested before attending to give me time to get home.

We bought the Luxury Tulip Wing Sleigh Bed and couldn’t be happier. The overall support over WhatsApp was awesome. They kept us informed about the delivery date and time. The guys came in and fit the bed within a few mins or so. Really happy with the bed specially given the price. Would definitely recommend.
