Ruby is a game changer. Straight talker good service gets job done can’t say enough brilliant

Aleah was great, she looked after us very well, looking through locations and many hotels etc until we found ones that we were happy with. The booking process was easy, deposit paid. Service was great and Aleah was a star for the way she searched for suitable hotels that suited our requirements.

We have booked a few holidays now with Hays Travel Broughton Park Chester & the staff have always been very helpful & they are always happy & polite. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always email you back when they say they will & they always call you back when they say they will. Charlotte is amazing & Emillie also. We will be booking other holidays with Hays in the future.

Where relative novices on the travel front , but this branch is first class . We've been in about 6 times in the last year , and every time we go in we are treated like royalty. We booked again yesterday with Aleah , and nothing was too much trouble for her , but to be fair every time we go in we get exceptional service . Keep up the great work gang

The lady who looked after us was very helpful. Explained everything we needed to know went out of her way to find us the holiday that suited us best. Will certainly use Hayes travel again.

My wife and I came in to book a holiday for 2027, we have a young family and probably weren’t a straight forward customer in terms of needs. My wife was breastfeeding our 2 month old and she was made to feel very welcome, staff offered tea and coffee to make us feel more comfortable. Aside from making us feel welcome. Our needs were totally met by Dyane who went the extra mile to ensure we got the holiday we had been searching for. Fantastic service throughout.

We went in with our own idea of a holiday and your assistant did her very best to accommodate.

Went in with my family to book a holiday for 8 had chosen a hotel before so advisor found the deal and recommended it as had customers there as we spoke and others who had just come back highly recommended so was pleased about that.. very easy to book the holiday lovely pleasant advisor who went through everything a couple of times to make sure all was right so overall a great experience 👍
