Dyane was friendly, courteous, and showed an interest in what we wanted. The booking process for our cruise was straightforward and stress free.

Visited this store a couple of weeks ago and, despite it being extremely busy with only two staff working on a Saturday morning, the team handled everything brilliantly. Charlotte, who assisted us, was outstanding from start to finish.

We explained the reason for our visit, and even though she had multiple customers waiting, she took the time to phone the airline on our behalf. They didn’t answer at the time, but she clearly explained what would happen next. Four days later, Charlotte personally phoned us to confirm that our request had been granted — a level of follow‑up you rarely see these days.

We returned again on Bank Holiday Monday, another very busy day with only three staff on duty, and by sheer luck we were helped by Charlotte once more. She printed our holiday information and boarding passes quickly and efficiently. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stand out.

Charlotte is an absolute credit to Hayes.

Great knowledge and took the time to find the right flight times for our holiday. Was able to advise on hotels and locations.

Charlotte was so helpful and thorough. She was a delight to deal with and very reassuring.
It was a relatively complex booking with flights to Trinidad, a connection to Tobago and a home flight from Tobago but Charlotte took us through it very efficiently.

Ceri was very knowledgeable and explained the holiday options clearly and was not pushy, the booking process was quick and easy and we are looking forward to our holiday in 3 weeks time
