Hays & Jarvis put together a trip of a lifetime for us across Bali and Singapore, and everything was seamless from start to finish.

In Bali, we stayed at the Maya Ubud, where the peaceful setting among jungle and rice terraces gave us the perfect chance to relax and connect with the beauty of the island. The Oberoi was pure beachfront luxury — incredible service, stunning surroundings, and a resort experience we’ll never forget.

From there, we finished in Singapore at the Fullerton, right on Marina Bay. The location couldn’t have been better, the rooms were excellent, and we loved being able to walk out and explore the city so easily.

Every detail of the trip was handled perfectly by Hays & Jarvis, making the whole experience stress-free and unforgettable. Apart from one small hiccup with our airport transfer on the way home, everything exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hays & Jarvis to anyone looking for a holiday that’s truly special

Thidara was a fantastic help in bringing our trip to life.
We wanted to book a trip to celebrate my 60th birthday but were a bit confused as where to start. We went into another travel agents (trailfinders) we had used before but they did not seem to understand what we wanted.
Thidara patiently guided us through every step and gave us options along the way explaining everything as we went.

Jane was a massive help in arranging our honeymoon

Jane was excellent at guiding us through the planning process and her enthusiasm for SA certainly helped us choose our vacation. We threw a curve ball by changing the dates and she was very helpful. We cannot wait for our our trip

Our tour manager, Mark, was excellent in understanding everything we were asking for in this our special trip.
He gave us in depth advice as to all areas we wanted to visit and accommodated various members of our party travelling from different parts of the world. This has given us the holiday that we all wanted.

Excellent work by Mark to create a custom holiday for our special event. He catered for travellers from 3 different starting airports to arrive the same day, and the needs of a family group including small children and septegenarians.

What can I say? First of all Hayes and Jarvis had an extremely proffesional looking website. My partner and I are looking to take our two foster children on the holiday of a lifetime to South Africa where we can experiece some of the culture and see the Big Five in thier natural habbitaton a safari type holiday. It had to be something amazing that was also going to have to fit in with the rules which Sociasl Services apply to hlidays with children in care.

Our rep Tayla was brilliant. Not only did she do her homework on the guidelines and legal requirements for the kids but was able to put together a package for us which has completely blown us away and has us counting down the days till we go.

Tayla helped us to add in other activities to our adgenda and even liased with another company to help us set up a balloon trip for the holiday, something Hayes and Jarvis don't normally do, and is even helping us in the UK to arrange rerliable airport storage of our car whilst we're away, something we've been stung with in the past.

Tayla has gone out of her way to help us arrange a fantastic trip and we're incredibly grateful for her continued help and assistance. Thank you.

Fabulous service received from the team. Initial enquiry was responded to immediately. We were then connected with an Africa specialist on their team who has been wonderful. Her suggestions and tailoring of our trip has been remarkable. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Really good process and tailored itinerary

I enquired about a potential holiday with my requirements in what I hoped to do/see and potential budget range. I got a fantastic reply really quickly and they built a holiday around my email giving two different options for budget and taste. Brilliant service, they really listened to what we want and took the time to read the email we sent them and build a holiday around that. A different company i tried called me back but has not even bothered to read the email about what I wanted so Hayes and Jarvis were fantastic compared to other companies in the same realm

From start to finish we could not have been more supported. They have so much knowledge and during the trip helped with any questions. The best trip ever.

Our trip organiser was Tayla Kriel who was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
We knew roughly what we wanted out of our safari as we have been on various safaris in the past.
Taylor having been to Kenya recommended various options and put together three different options all very close to the budget we wanted to stay within,all three were excellent.
We chose the one we wanted and payed the deposit on line which was simple enough.Tayla replied the next day and the fact that she can be contacted directly if we have any questions is reassuring.
I spoke to a number of companies but unlike Hayes & Jarvis they kept offering options way above what we wanted to spend,Tayla listened to our brief and came through with an excellent trip.

From start to finish, our experience with Hayes & Jarvis was absolutely seamless. The pre-planning stages with Jane, from building the itinerary to selecting hotels, were handled with such care and precision that everything felt effortless. Leading up to the holiday and throughout, Megan ensured all coordination was smooth, leaving us completely stress-free.

Thanks to their support, we were able to sit back, relax, and truly enjoy our honeymoon. The app provided (Trip-Agent) was incredibly helpful, giving us a clear daily plan while also sharing real-time details like our boarding gate and luggage belt. Additional information such as our vouchers, dinner bookings and guides/recommendations were also helpful. In general, having everything we needed right at our fingertips made navigating the trip simple and stress-free.

Overall, we couldn’t recommend Hayes & Jarvis enough. A huge thank you to Jane and Megan for making our honeymoon such a brilliant, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

The country specialist listened carefully to our requirements and designed a trip which fulfilled our needs and offered us various options geared to our budget. The programme was set out quickly and in detail.

I first contacted Hayes and Jarvis 3 yrs ago to quote for a holiday we were planning - we didn’t go ahead with the booking due to finances at the time but I was really impressed by the service so when I began planning a big holiday for 2026 to celebrate our 50ths and daughter’s 18th plus the end of a levels and GCSEs I decided to contact H&J once again. Luckily I got directed to the same consultant as I’d dealt with in 2022! Bethany was brilliant at listening to our slightly vague requirements for the holiday and coming back with a great proposal which fitted within our budget. I liked the fact that we were offered a choice of hotels in all 4 of the stops we are planning on the trip, and she was happy to adjust the quote based on the hotels we ultimately selected. We are very indecisive customers and she was patient and happy to alter our itinerary as we deliberated our options and changed our minds about excursions through the process. I also liked the online meeting we had where Bethany presented our itinerary to us, and talked through the options at the outset as this made it easier for us to go away and discuss things as a family,
All in all the experience has been smooth and stress free - thank you to Bethany for her patience and assistance throughout the research and booking process - she was brilliant.
