I'm disappointed in the legacy blend
I'm disappointed in the legacy blend. It doesn't draw well, and has little flavour. It smells of chocolate. Have tried pairing/ changing papers and filters. Very frustrating. 2 stars for quick delivery

Disappointing to be honest
Disappointing to be honest. First time I have used the Havana house online service having nearly always used their Stratford upon Avon store.
2 of the 4 cigars I ordered were damaged/ sub par. One had clearly suffered some crush impact at some point. At first I thought this was purely cosmetic, however, it smoked poorly. The second had split leaf/ frayed and during smoking, around 10 minutes in decided to completely unspool rendering it unsmokable. Never had this issue purchasing at their store.
I will continue to use the Stratford store for now and look for an alternative online supplier.
