The service by the rep was excellent.
Delivery had a minor issue but the delivery man was very accommodating.

I have been keeping an eye out for something I can use in my basement for years without having to go into a huge expense since the floor is cement and a little uneven with a slight slope towards a drain.

The Greatmats Royal Interlocking carpet tiles are working amazing so far.

They feel great underfoot - no more cold hard cement in that area. They had some initial fluff just like new carpet which vacuumed up easily.

They stay locked in place great. I got the light gray and charcoal which look really sharp interlocked together into a pattern and around the outer edges on the charcoal squares I switched to the light gray edge and vice versa.

I ordered 30 to give them a try and I liked them so much I quickly ordered 30 more to expand the area.

Over time I plan on getting more to expand into other areas of my basement.

Functional, quick and easy to install and looks great in my opinion!

Beth was wonderful! Absolutely great customer service, which is very much appreciatedwhen you'respending that kind of money! Any questions I had (and I had a lot), were answered in a timely manner and very thorough. In the end, the materials look great and were easy to install. My only reason for rating it 4 instead of 5, is I wish there had been "directions" or helpful hints regarding placement, cutting, taping, etc. Thankfully, videos online helped, as did Beth, but I may have done a few things differently had I known what I know now regarding how it goes together, etc. Fyi...we learned that a good pair of scissors works great for cutting the Marley floor, much easier than the exacto knife in most posts/videos that we used for the first side! My daughter is so excited about having this space; she's definitely more motivated to practice (and it's better on her body!)

I ordered several rolls of the 1/2" Pacific Rolled Rubber gym flooring. It was one of the more expensive options, but I wanted top quality and minimum odor. I was not disappointed. The product arrived on time, looked great, and the density was exactly what I expected for a weight room floor. The ends were cut square enough for a wall-to-wall installation that I didn't need to trim them (the last 1/2" being hidden by wall molding). Quick install, minimal odor. I couldn't be happier.

The mats themselves are great. We had a delay in shipping without any notification or communication but once it was brought to their attention the mats shipped quickly after.

They cautioned that the item we ordered was backordered, but that they would get it to us as soon as possible. They sent it a week in advance of their original projection, which was nice. The tiles are very easy to put together, easy on the feet. They get a touch indented with patio furniture, however. We have been pleased so far.

The whole ordering and delivery experience was great. The mats look great, only time will tell how great they are but initial thought is that they are great quality and hopefully will hold up nicely in a busy holiday trade booth.
