In-store staff shines
This is a special appreciation note for the in-store staff at Goldsmiths. Brendan, at the Reading store, especially, chased up my order when it looked (from the online communication) that it would not make it in time. The Bromley store's, and Bluewater store's, staff (whose name I can't recall) patiently got me sized, etc... even knowing I was placing an online order.
I ordered my ring very last minute = with exactly 4 weeks to my wedding. The website promised delivery within 4 weeks but was slow to respond, after I had placed the order, and was showing a delivery date past the 4 weeks.
Thank you Brendan and team. The ring arrived with 8 days to spare. :)
