Quick and easy process combined with excellent customer service
Quick and easy to understand. Instead of reading a handful of paper work, it's better when you dealing with a human being and you have opportunity to ask questions at the same time. The Agent understood his work and was very helpful which contributed to a successful and positive outcome.

Great experience
Vanessa (Van) was great to deal with. She was not pushy and totally made sure I understood every step along the way. Vanessa also made sure it was affordable for me as well. A great experience for sure.

Today is my first day and what I could understand is the communication skill and the way the person presented the life insurance was great. It was over the phone. It was about 45 minutes of conversation and it was great.
